I was missing two parts of my order. This has caused an assembly delay and setting up my home office. The product itself is lovely. Despite the issues with delivery, customer service has been fabulous with speedy responses and my delivery fees were refunded.

Service from this company was excellent. From my initial enquiry to delivery was superb, I asked for some custom made shelves as wanted slight different lengths to the standard ones and they came back to me within minutes of my enquiry. I purchased them and they were delivered within days of my order. The shelves are beautiful quality. We haven’t put them up yet but I’m sure they will look amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Due to poor packing the shelf slipped out of the cardboard when it was being delivered hitting a hard floor by the delivery driver.

We bought a dining table from domli, and had a couple of issues, but the customer servic rep Wim was absolutely brilliant. He kept us informed throughout the resolution of our issues and responded very quickly to all emails. The issues were resolved because of advice and suggestions he provided, and we are now very pleased with our new extending dining table
