Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m very sorry that your leg set did not arrive with your desktop as scheduled on Wednesday 12 August.
Our records show that the desktop was delivered at 10:09 on 12 August, but unfortunately the leg set was not delivered until Monday 17 August at 13:09 — five days later. This clearly fell short of the service we expect our delivery partners to provide, and I have raised the matter with them directly.
I can also see that the leg set was not scanned out of the sorting hub until Friday 15 August, which is also unacceptable and something we are investigating with the carrier.
I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive your desktop but be unable to use it as intended because the legs had not arrived. I have also opened a support ticket so that we can contact you directly and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered this Desk after having my eye on it for a couple of years and I can confirm its perfect! There was a delay in delivery but this was due to the delivery van breaking down so out of their control, however, Domli were great in relaying information and keeping me updated! Greg from customer support was really helpful and kept sending updates whilst this occured. He was also able to offer help after an intial set up snag/issue and they resolved it instantly with some of the best help ive ever seen from a customer support team! Really happy with the quality and speed at which everything was handled. 10/10 highly reccomend domli and their products. I will 100% be using them again if i need any other wood furniture :)

Had one worktop delivered with a crack in it. Arranged a replacement. Replacement arrived on the back of a junk truck thrown in with a bunch of other random things totally unsecured and damaged. Not in original packing so was clearly another return! We obviously had been waiting 3 days for the replacement only for it to also be unuseable. There is no phone number to call and emails take hours to respond. They would only offer £20 or yet another replacement. Absolutely not sorry about it when obviously we’ve had to stall works and can’t proceed with the job so £20 is an absolute insult.
Refuse to speak on the phone, continue to offer the same opinions or to cancel the whole order. Really really frustrating and would never use again.

Thank you for your feedback, Tadas. We are genuinely sorry that the original worktop arrived damaged and that the replacement also arrived with issues. We appreciate the frustration and disruption this caused to your works.
Having reviewed the photographs provided of the replacement worktop, we would like to clarify that the damage to the outer packaging appeared to be superficial in relation to the beech worktop itself. There was some slight damage to one edge profile; however, in our assessment, this could have been sanded and made good before the worktop was finished and installed and an offer of compensation would have been considered.
We would also like to clarify the resolution offered. We provided the option of a further replacement, collection and a full refund, or keeping the worktop with a goodwill payment. The original goodwill offer was £20 plus a Habiol Woodcare Kit with a sales value of £35.00. When you advised that the kit was not useful to you, we subsequently offered an additional £15.00 in place of the kit, bringing the total partial refund to £35.00.
The offer of a £35.00 partial refund still stands, and we are currently awaiting confirmation that you wish to accept this option.
We fully acknowledge that the experience was frustrating, particularly given the delays to your works, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We simply wanted to provide some context to the resolution options that were offered and clarify that the £35.00 goodwill refund remains available.
If you would lie to confirm acceptance, please could you confirm via the customer support email chain and it will be arranged for you.

Proper Customer Service
The company bent over backwards to assist. Taking several email enquiries and always courteous and responded quickly. They even cut a worktop down to supply to me as they were out of stock of the tabletop I had originally ordered. They had offered me the treated option but we need to colour the top to our own spec. They weee even super helpful when, and no blame on them but a truck breakdown, the delivery was a day late. They didn’t hide but were genuine, open and honest. Thank you Domli.

I received my Domli Solid Oak worktop a…
I received my Domli Solid Oak worktop a few days ago and had it installed on Friday.
It is a beautiful high quality worktop which we are using as our main dining room table in our open plan kitchen.
We had the worktop produced to our bespoke specifications. This included a size of 1650mm in length & 960mm in width. Plus we had top & bottom Edge Profiling to three sides & 30mm Radius Corners on two sides.
The item has exceeded our expectations, and looks absolutely stunning in our kitchen!!!
A very special mention to Greg who made the whole process run like clockwork.
We had a slight issue with our first tabletop, but Greg quickly dealt with the problem and arranged for a replacement item to be sent.
He was extremely efficient, and even phoned to inform me that he had personally arranged for the new piece to enter production as quickly as possible.
Greg also sorted out a quick delivery date and was instrumental in arranging a suitable time for me to take delivery of the new piece.
A special mention to the couriers - David & his colleague who took great care in delivering the very heavy item.
We are so proud of our new Oak worktop.
It looks stunning, it is of the highest quality and the customer service & delivery has been FIRST-CLASS.
I would conclude my review by saying that the service from Domli was exemplary, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
