Don’t deserve even 1 star. Ordered a brother sewing machine and when tracking the parcel it seemed to be moving around LA for over a week then it said it was at the airport. Now tracking and website have totally disappeared . I think this is a scam!

Thought I bought something through these people/shopify.
Looked at tracking which I useless, wrote to domosia asking what’s going on, got back what looked like an AI generated response, with very unspecific answers.
Then looked at reviews for domosia saw these and now reported it as a scam.

Bought item through cosco who i thought i could trust didnt realise it went through to another company DOMOSIA. ORG paid fir my item my son was visiting and thats when i realised i had been SCAMMED i am disabled pensioner these people need to be stopped why is uk gov not doing anything

I'm about 95% sure this is a scam, and a sophisticated one at that. company pretends to be costco, doesn't ask for a costco ID, doesn't apply tax, sends you to a different site, gives you an email to "confirm" your order, but the email that you are supposed to be able to reply to for questions is unusable, and doesn't exist. The tracking number it gives you is untrackable on mist websites, bar the single one they directly link you too, where it will show it stationary after it is "in transit". Mine has apparently been stuck at LA International for a week now (if its even there that is). All the company's information is withheld, bar that is registered adress is a car park in Iceland, and that it has a cryptic redacted email contact.
If all of this is somehow a coincidence, and this isn't a scam, this is the worst customer service in human history, and lacks basic contact details in the extreme. their website no longer works so thats another bad sign.

scammers - do not use

Ordered a product which probably doesn't exist from a company that definitely isn't Costco (as they claimed)
Tracking details and website now disappeared and currently pursuing a fraud claim through my bank

Ordered a freezer on the 1/9 was tracking it for a couple of days, e.mailed them because I want to know where it was coming from, and then all the tracking disappeared said the link to the tracking and store were unavailable......

I had to give them a star but not through choice. Complete scammers, purchased an item in good faith, when I chased them to check location of my item they responded but then blocked me. I have been ripped off. Scumbags

Pretended to be Costco and I looked for emails could not find an order or email confirmation. Took the money and shows as something completely different.

Do not use! Ordered an item through Costco wholesale, takes you through shopify to pay then the order shows as Domosia.org. The email order confirmation has no numbers or address to contact. This is my first time being scammed, just cancelled my credit card and wished I’d seen trustpilot first!

Fake website bought 2 TVs from Costco and it took me to this website for payment but id already put the payment through before realising now it’s disappeared
