First off I want have a shout out to Brian Carter and all of his underwriter! I own a landscape design buisness ! I needed funding , Brian and his crew got me the money I needed with no heart aches or trouble ! Brian and his underwriters went above and beyond to help me get funded with a working capital that fit my budget with a early payback discount! This company is honest, curtious ,respectful and answered any questions I had ! Honesty goes along way and Brian wasn't just a loan officer we became friends and he's became like a brother to me ! Brian really cares about your buisness , he doesn't just feed you a bunch of lies just to make a sale ! Like all these other company's that try to push you into signing a contract. Brian does the opposite he makes sure you are able to afford the payback on the loan and makes sure he doesn't put you in a bad position ! Like I said Bryan and everyone at spark capital group care for your buisness and your livelihood! Brian is now going to help my landscape buisness grow! Brian is going to help us get up to 5 buisness lines of credit to help us get our nursery fully opened ! Once we open we are going to advertise Spark capital group at our grand opening because we are going to have a bunch of company's at the opening ! Brian you are the best!

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS!!

I applied for and was told i was approved for an LOC at a rate of 9%.
I wound up locked into a disgusting MCA @ 46% interest - i was told they were depositing 10k as the opening line of credit, which i could pay back after 30 days> yes, 10k was deposited into my account-however the "loan" was for 15k, of which they took 5k off the top-and now take $1,200 a month out of my account for the next 12 months! My LOC @ 9% turned out to generate a loss for me totaling over $15,000!!! DISGUSTING!! When i tried calling them to make it right-the manager "Gil" was a bit harsh-and then just stopped responding at all!!! NO attempt to "make it right", after saying they would- STAY AWAY!!!!

For some reason a lender(NOT SPARK) shopped my businesses info on the UCC. So now I am fighting to to stop these marketing calls from funding brokers and debt consolidators. The first call I got was from Tony (Anthony Cullin) where I told him my predicament and that I am not in the market for funding at the moment, and he informed me on some products that may help me. Me not being a complete A**hole said he could send me his info and I may contact him. The day after I get a cold call from Spark in my caller ID, which I save everyone's number when I warn them them I am currently waiting the 31 days for the Fed DNC list. Told the new guy I am all set and put me on the DNC list, then proceeded to email Tony to let him know his colleague shot his shot and I am all set. Then today...... Spark Capital AGAIN!. If they are this desperate to drum up business, either they are putting the people they lend out of business or these shady marketing procedures are driving people away! Hopefully Spark doesn't get a hold of anyone's info reading this, they will not stop! Next thing is litigation for harassment!

There is no making this better you had ample warning and STILL proceeded to cold call me after this review, spoke to Lorenzo and explained that this is unacceptable, I will give you some sort of merit for not using random number generators like all the other brokers that call me. You had fair warning, didn't rectify the situation and still called. Shows how much disorganization festers in your company.
