Dookan Avis 91

I was able to get rice and rice powder i was looking for. It wasn't available in any of my nearby Indian supermarkets. Cost is a bit hight, although it might be due to the importing costs. But still feel like it could be better.
Buying in bulk reduces the shipping costs.

I received the product in good condition with no damage, thank you for that. However, I would like to highlight an ongoing issue with the delivery service (DHL). The packages are consistently being left at the nearest collection point instead of being delivered to my home.

This has been very inconvenient, especially when handling heavy packages (around 30 kg/50KG). Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no improvement, and the delivery personnel continue to drop off parcels at the collection point.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and work with DHL to ensure that future deliveries are made directly to my address.

The packaging of the courier is too good and it too fast service and they have good prices and quality products.

I want to start by thanking Dukaan for getting the Indian things in Europe.

The reason I gave one star is because of all the hassle and fruatration I had to go through to get the products at my home.
Being new to France I was craving for Indian products when I came to know about Dookan.
After giving the order online with my home adress for delivary I was rest assured to receive them.
But the main issue started after this ...I was left only to be complaining raising tickets and more complains and more tickets to get the products delivered at my home..

But even after numerous efforts they were not delivered at my home.

I had to go to the parcel office and collect the huge and heavy packages I ordered..
I was new at the place with no personal vehicle, had to take Uber, take help of the uber driver and the parcel offic people to pick the heavy things and bring them to my place.

Had I only known that this order is going to cost me my mental peace, extra money for transporting the products at my place and yes physically exhausting to pick up and get the things in my appartment from the parcel offic, I would have never ordered.

Its not the products but the delivary partner or the delivary services used by Dukaan which was a horror for me.

With this experience Iam never goin to order again from Dukaan.

I have a very nice and smooth online shopping experience With Dookan. It has lots of, variety of Indian grocery items. A free delivery for buying above 69 euros, across Europe is noteworthy.

The ease of use and website were great, the selection is very good indeed, and the quality of products was superb,
the delivery was a bit slow and communication with colis prive was a nightmare but generally very good,
