Website very user friendly and easy to find required product. Order processed, despatched and delivered very quickly. Product great.

Have used this company a couple of times for deliveries to Australia both of which I've received very quickly. Products are of great quality, my only wish would be to have the chimes for the doorbells to fit with the Australia plugs.

Excellent range of doorbells - the one I got was fairly cheap but nice quality, works well, clear instructions - arrived a couple of days after ordering - all good.

A great discovery! We were able to use our existing door push, with the wired to wireless adapter and add a number of chime units to it, got good technical support as well.

All went well with installation, though more written word explanation would help with following the diagrams.
UPDATE:- Just seen a review from 3 March 2026.
They weren't as happy as they could be with instructions, but it seems that is down to the makers, Honeywell.
Unfortunately, all that many customers would relate to is 'Doorbell World' - not the makers.
Seems then that Doorbell World are going to get more complaints about instructions being in graphics without wording, since the natural response is to complain to the person or company you buy an item from. Sorry, Doorbell World, not your fault at all!

Outstanding customer service. Royal Mail failed to deliver the product. Sophia at Doorbellworld hunted it down and discovered it had been returned to the depot, but on visiting the depot Royal Mail claimed they had already returned the product to Doorbellworld. As soon as Doorbellworld received the returned product, Sophia contacted me to rearrange delivery to my office. She was in contact with me, supportive, caring and professional throughout. I cannot recommend Doorbellworld and Sophia in particular highly enough. You are in safe hands when you order from Doorbellworld.
