Doors4security Ltd Avis

Door arrived dented, flimsy latches on latch. I feel like the key will break off easily. The latch doesn’t catch so the door won’t stay closed. Worst purchase my husband ever made. Looks and functions poorly.

ordered 3 door from them, 3rd steel door came out with slight dent, std cylinder door lock jams, can't open or close properly, phoned them up and they said I can purchase new look or it will be a long investigation.

will not buy again.

Have used Doors4Security a few times over the years, great products and excellent customer support and technical assistance, fast delivery on in stock items.
Always providing quick response to my emails.

The experience involved 2 x steel doors installed to a residential property. Security4Doors lead time was as promised - 2 1/2 weeks. Especially impressive was the services of their installer Tony, who having travelled from Manchester in the morning completed the job by 4 PM. Great service and very solid, reliable product, which we now have for 3 days and are very happy with our experience. Price was also competitive compared to other inferior for me doors such as PVC

Great Product. Great value for money.
Door is relatively easy to fit and to set up, I found the instructions very helpful.
Excellent communication , especially Andy.
I have recommended these security doors to my colleagues, who have all found them great.
Recommended !

Great product and great price as i need a metal door for my shed, andy was very good at communicating and letting me know the steps. I had one small problem but andy was straight on it and was resolved in less than 24hours.

Will be using these again.

Thanks

The 6 panel steel security door I purchased for my garage is above expectations.
It's so secure I'd imagine if anyone tried to break in they'd wake the entire neighborhood.
There's multiple locking shot bolts at the sides and even the top.
My garages week point is now the up and over main door but i don't use that so it's securely bolted from the inside.
Also I'd like to mention the after sales service I received from Andy, he helped me diagnose a stiff locking mechanism and within minutes it was working correctly.

Needed a door for the side of our garage. Found one (cheapest steel security door i could find with all the trimmings and delivery). Arrived super quick. Packaged REALLY well. What can i say? Brill.

Only one small thing, I ordered over the weekend and panicked when i hadn't received the confirmation email with my order number. Thought the worse. But Alex emailed first thing Monday, cleared it all up. Bingo!

Will use again!

I wrote a short review a while ago but I feel that I owe doors4Security a more detailed review after living with the security door on my workshop build. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the personnel door. The guys that fitted it commented on how easy it was to adjust the frame to fit the aperture. Simple but very effective and gives great flexibility. They give you 2 'fitting' keys for use when actually installing then you have 6 'real' keys you simply lock and unlock the door with after and throw the other two away. It really is that easy. There is no way anybody is getting through that steel door with 6 bolts! it would be easier to burrow through the wall. It is a very substantial structure. Finally there is the price and the delivery. It cost no more than a good quality hardwood door and frame and the delivery was spot on. Fanbloodytastic. Credit where credit is due. Excellent company and excellent product

No one to answer the US office phone. I called the UK office, promised once I sent an email they would contact me. Tried calling for 2 days send 3 emails and still waiting. Customer service is very lacking!!

Very helpful on the phone because I was unsure about ordering on the Internet, Arived on time good price great quality ,Thank you

A profoundly positive experience, whereby the team, incl, front end sales right through to the installers were exceptionally professional, diligent, safety conscious and respectful. Reads as 'atypical expected pre-requisites right', absolutely it should, alas we have all endured maverick like flippant contractors who presume to conduct their body of work in a fashion that is obnoxiously egregious. Step forward 'Doors4secuity'.
They have certainly left an indelible impression on all Swanline Stakeholders, oh and i nearly forgot, the finish of their work was of the highest performance.
A partnership you can truly trust.

Well made security door to exact given measurements. Super quick delivery. Simple fitting thanks to design. looks fantastic fitted.

This is a company that many others could learn from, we ordered a door that was damaged In transit.
From the initial phonecall to the issue being resolved, we received a 1st class service, no making excuses, it was dealt with, I came off the phone feeling satisfied with the conclusion, rather than normally wanting to pull my hair out.
Great product, great price, exceptional service, we will 100% be using them again.

Friendly and helpful staff when we went to pick up the door, and the door was easy to fit and very well made, would 100% recommend

The doors are fine, the hiding of the lock in the head of the door with no mention of this in the instruction video is daft. The door is supplied upright so keeping it upright is easiet, the guy I called knew straight away and pointed me to the small print in the order confirmation saying loads of people do it. I accept small print is there to be read but seems a daft one. Door fitted, new lock purchased as easier than taking door out, then you need escusion plates and the scree supplied with standard euro locks is too short. I would say pay for fitting is easier but having encountered their fitter I'd give that a swerve too, 2 no shows and arrogant as.

Your selling a great product but the details let you down

We bought 8 metal doors from Doors4Security and the sales person was very helpful and we are very pleased with the quality and efficient delivery. Would buy again and recommend.

I needed a security door in a hurry to fit in with my builders schedule The Doors4security Ltd team were excellent, the sales guy even questioning my dimensions - which highlighted what would have been an expensive mistake by me. The door was supplied with extra locks but owing to my timescale I had to fit them, again this would not have happened without some excellent support. Some good old-fashioned customer focussed service support. I highly recommend them.

Very good quality products , with a helpful sales team .
I would have no hesitation recommending doors4security to a neighbour or friend.
I have used and fitted these doors a number of times and they are very easy to fitt. And so far they seem to no quality issues.

Great Company & Quality doors we receive a first class service & delivery 5 Stars to Andy, Alex & the team, thank you. Buildings-Uk Ltd
