This is just an update... it only took 3 months to finally get my refund and it came from my debit card company due to fact that my debit card could never get in touch with dope products. Customer service is non existent, was sent black sand instead of the shake I’d ordered. Has ignored message after message , add on top of that , instead of $50 off the first order as advertised when you hit the site , I was charged full price, big shock there .
So yeah , can’t give negative stars or I would .

The worst customer service on Earth . They allow you 30-day returns on an open packages but do not answer customer service calls until after the 30-day period has ended .
They ripped me off sending me a half pound of micros and shake, when I called customer service every single day for 30 days I didn't get a single answer. Now they have blocked me from deliveries because I called them out for robbing me . Try JK distro , THCa king , thca small buds , or lit , the prices are slightly higher but the quality is better, the customer service is far better and the shipping is much faster .

They cancelled my order on 6/12/26, without reason. Still charged my card and I've not received a refund yet. 31 days later. They're a scam.

ive ordered from DOPE 3x now. this time i paid extra for express delivery. DONT. its a ripoff, they use the same shipping method as the cheaper shipping and it takes just as long. super gross and deceptive. wont be ordering again.

Place an order when the package arrived. I opened it up and somebody sliced the bottom of the box open, took everything out and put a water bottle back in the box for weight immediately, I sent them an email with photos explaining what happened and they just ignored me. I reached out to call left messages sent several emails. And they can care less , they're automated computer rollie is useless I ordered a half pound and not I am out money and product! Do not buy for them they will scam and rip you off like the rest of us. Dope thc should be ashamed! I will be taking legal action since they don't want to make this right or respond.

Horrible customer service did not care about the issue with my order, made up multiple lies about bud taking a year to cure, and said the test the bud a year before it harvested. Gave old product when it was described as ugly bud with a freshness guaranteed then tried to gas light me in "personal preference". I told rollie i will he reporting amd leaving hinest reviews he threaten me with legal action smh Disputing with my bank for almost 20 days now.
