Fraud commitment

I didn't receive it, it's not in front of my house or in my mailbox and they said it was delivered.

Where is my order? I placed an order a month ago and I still have not received it. The shipping information indicates it made it to Houston clear back in the middle of January. After it arrived there, there is no more helpful shipping information. I'm very disappointed.

I still haven't received my order, I've reached out to customer service with no response. I paid a lot extra for 12-16 day delivery and it's now been 21 days. I'm not a happy camper. I started a dispute and they responded with "wait longer". I even requested a refund and now they will not even respond. I feel like I have been scammed.

Great communication and honest about product being sent!

I was fully satisfied with my order. Not only was it delivered in a timely matter, the packaging was done well, and not one feather in my order was crimped or creased. I will absolutely be ordering with this company again.

Slow arriving, however, I am very happy with my purchase.

If there were a “buy everything” option, I would click it in a heartbeat. Seriously, this is one of those moments where my bank account and I need to have a heart-to-heart talk, because if money were no object, I’d walk away with every single thing they sell. I mean, who wouldn't want to fill their entire home with amazing products/services like these?

It’s like the store version of a candy shop—except I’m not getting cavities, just extreme joy. If only I could buy the whole store and then live in it. My home would look like a treasure chest and I'd probably need a second mortgage, but hey, who’s counting?

Bottom line: If I could throw my money at this place without hesitation, I would. It’s the “can’t have just one” situation, except in this case, it’s everything, and I’d take it all if I could. (Someone invent a "buy everything" button, please!)

Came earlier than expected, great service

Wasn't what I expected hat was too small and lightweight was expecting it to be better quality won't be ordering no more im done.

What a surprise! I totally forgot that I ordered these adorable panda ears. Our large family Christmas includes catered Panda Express. I thought it would be awesome for a family pic with panda ears. They do not disappoint! Fluffy and soft - it’s going to be great! Again, I forgot that I ordered these (Oct 18) - be sure to order early.

I received my products and was surprised and elated. The shipping was well done and the products were professionally packed.
