Issue with return/replacement/refund request

I bought the replica Rolex Batgirl (jubilee bracelet), and I am super impressed. I was skeptical of course, but I have no regrets. It would take an expert examining it up close to tell it’s not the real thing. I’ve never owned the real thing, and I nearly bought one not too long ago. I’m glad I didn’t. At the $10K+ I would have had immediate buyer’s remorse. On the flip side of that coin, at this price point, I feel bad there are guys actually paying that much when you get this one. Super easy transaction. I received the watch in 8 calendar days.

First off, everyone reading this and wondering if this is a real website and if you can trust it? Absolutely! I was sceptical at first but went ahead and bought the lowest prices clone they had just to see if they were legit.
My order arrived in less than a week! Upon opening up the package I was freaking blown away! The box, presentation, and the watch were perfect! I'm so impressed with them. I ordered a Rolex Explorer II, polar face; which was one of my dream watches. It looks so good it's almost identical to the real thing!
I had all these questions and was so curious and worried about ordering. I spoke to Mike and he responded so quickly to my message. We spoke in real time and he answered all of my questions.
