This is my first time I’ve bought from this company and Michael was so nice. He sent me photos that were live photos so I can watch the movement of the Rolex’s and I bought one and I got back to the house and it is very beautiful included the box and everything so I’m on a cruise right now so I let a lot of people know about them. Very nice company and very good communications

Everything was EXCELLENT
Everything was great, safe and secured. The product came out better than expected. Similar weight to the real deal and everything else was superb. Definitely would recommend friends and family. Michael from Down Price Store was awesome and they shipped it out extremely fast and I received the product 2 days before the ETA date that they gave/ provided. Customer service level is superb!

As soon as I opened the box to try it…
As soon as I opened the box to try it on it was down hill from there . I couldn't get the clasp undone when I did it broke into 3 pieces . Needless to say completely disappointed.

Received a watch that cannot keep accurate time.
Unfortunately, the watch did not keep accurate time. I received it last Thursday, 9/26/24. Yesterday, I emailed Down Price Store requesting a refund. I have yet to get a response. I would like to return the watch; however, according to the Fedex label, it was sent from Pakistan. Please advise where I can send the watch to obtain my refund.
