Got my caravan a makeover by these guys and what an amazing job they done. Brilliant from start to finish dealing with them, always stayed in contact with updates on what was happening and constantly answering any questions we had- it was alot of questions lol very reasonable priced and didn't take long to do. So happy we found them and can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else and recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys you done a fantastic job- just ask the neighbours on site that are nearly crashing into my van with looking lol and hopefully see you in new year for more work 😅

Can't recommend these lads enough. They have transformed a 20 year old caravan into something much more modern, im delighted with how it turned out. New roof, windows and cladding all done to an impressive high standard. Their work is neat and they leave the site as they found it. Nothing was any bother and they even let me pay in parts.

Lee and the guys at Downshire are nothing short of superb. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skillful etc etc. They fixed our caravan to such a standard the repairs look like factory. Absolutely delighted with the results and I'll not be going anywhere else in future.

You can measure the efficiency of an organisation by how tidy their office is. I was impressed from the outside I was greeted by Lee who was dressed in a uniform neat and tidy and escorted in to a neat clean and organised office. I new straight away that they would service my caravan in the same way. I was given a a checklist of things they would do and the care for renewing items that had to legally be changed after a number of years. Lee diligently explained his processes and reassured me I was in safe hands. Having been in business for 42 years not much escapes me. I was impressed. After the service he went through the checklist and everything was addressed. I’m very happy and I would highly recommend them.

Left our shower tray in a worse state. Think daughters nursery class could have done a better job filling. They had our caravan for about 3 weeks and the state of it was shocking. Don’t recommend and won’t ever be using again.

Very friendly and easy to organise our caravan getting serviced, communication was excellent throughout and they didn’t overcharge for needless repairs.

Got my caravan cladded & a pantile roof fitted. The end result was amazing. These guys work quickly & efficiently (even in the pouring rain). Very professional workmanship and great communication with their customers throughout. Highly recommend this company. 😁
