Although the harness product itself is great, the shipping time is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I've ordered a month ago, still haven't received it. If they are going to charge what they do, they really should do better with shipping times. My puppy will outgrow it before it arrives!
I ordered 2 Doxie harnesses. It took FOREVER to arrive. Their address shows FL, however after looking g at shipping, it comes from China! Now I have an exchange, but was given No instructions at all. It’ll probably take a year to get the exchange completed.
Very happy with the adorable sweater we got from them. It arrived 9 days after I ordered, which isn't terribly speedy, but I was in no hurry to receive it. Package originated in China then delivered by USPS. I liked the product enough to order a second one.
The DoxieWarehouse site is deceptive. The design implies it is a company in the West (US or UK). I emailed them since my order was late, and they even said they shipped from their UK warehouse. In reality, they ship from China. The 5-8 transit days on their site is wrong. The tracking info they provide offer no estimated delivery date or many details at the YunExpress site, and you must go to parcelsapp.com to get the true transit information. I’m still waiting for my package and it is weeks away from delivery.
Material is to slippery results in harness comming loose
Having purchased one of these harnesses and my daughter purchased 3 all at the same time so it was one order I have found that the harness keeps loosening on the neck over the course of the walk by up to 3 quarters of an inch. Depending on the length of the walk. My dog could slip the harness over its head if it pulled back. I cannot take the chance so the harness is useless to me. These are not cheap harnesses but I believe the material does not hold steady. I had my last harness from another company for 2 years without having to re adjust during walks. The company have offered a discount off of another harness.
They at first asked for our dogs sizes to check we had purchased the correct size as I believe they thought perhaps we had ordered all four to small. This was not the case because we followed the websites guide.
One harness being of a faulty material you might expect but all four. Obviously something wrong with the material.
I wouldnt have one even if they sent a freebie.
I would give zero stars but this is not an option, for lack of safety resulting in dog bolting.
