I live in Shorooq
I live in Shorooq, building 39. Dubai Properties has the worst maintenance service ever! DRAINAGE WATER dripping in my kitchen from the apartment above due to water proofing issues as mentioned by maintenance team. They came and supposedly fixed it. I spoke to the call center employee who said it would take few days. It is 5 am, just woke up to the sound of water falling in my kitchen, and DP employee said they cannot do anything about it as at this hour, it would not be convenient to bother the tenant from the other unit. What about me? I am a tenant that just got bothered from that and just lost my sleep as a result. Also, when I asked, well at 8 am the tenant will go to work, when are you planning to access his unit? The employee had no answer except, there is a process. I already have 2 lights that were busted (that I bought for 300 AED) and Shorooq will not accept to reimburse me for those. If the water continues to drip, the other 2 will be busted too. Who will compensate for that? Not to mention all the inconvenience? LOUSY!!!

Me and my family wz the new born kid living anightmare here bec of a neighbour who never cared about us
He and his kid don't stop playing all the night it seems like he is jobless guy and awake all the night, scooter, footbal and even more
Complainted 100 times but who care DP management are not bothered
