Great service, highly recommended

Craig came out and diagnosed the fault in my van, was extremely professional and polite. Did a regen on my dpf as requested. Would 100% recommend and use again if this experience was anything to go by

Making the appointment was very easy, not difficult at all & the all important cost was easy to understand too.
On the day the appointment was kept on time, the prep work for the dpf clean was all done carefully. Diagnosis done after clearly showed it had been successful and the test drive after proved it was was worth it.
I've already recommend them to people I know who have had difficult experiences from so called reputable specialists garages - definitely will use them again

Technician was friendly and helpful with information and how to prevent further issues with the car. They were very mindful of the safety implications with the procedure performed and made sure my children stayed well away from the rear of the car due to the heat and muck kicking out of the exhaust. Will definitely use again for future issues.

Contacted DPF SPECIALIST over two days requesting a repair and costs. I still have the Emails. Poor customer service 0*

Did they email back with appointments or next phase of my enquiry about the job ...NO

Are they a waste of time...YES.

I mean what's the point in not replying to enquiry emails.

Ryan came out today and sorted the problem out.
Well impressed with his knowledge and the fact we both worked at jct600 at one time.
The cost was not as much as it should have been.
Would highly recommend the company but the booking slots can be vague.

So helpful and knowledgeable did an amazing job and information about other unrelated issues cheers

Had limp issues with my Range Rover they came out to fix the issue within a day brilliant service couldn’t fault them

Ensure your vehicle has no issues prior to their visit.
If you're not a mechanic nor aware of any issues with your vehicle prior to them turning up and for whatever reason, they cannot carry out the clean, you will lose your entire deposit.
My vehicle had an injector issue I genuinelly knew nothing about and thus the clean couldn't be done. The mechanic couldn't wait to inform me I'd lost the deposit. He told me, if I contacted the office informing them I would get the injector sorted immediately and then rebook the clean, the office may consider wavering the charge and rebook at no additional cost. I've not heard anything from the office despite emailing twice.
Their terms and conditions do state:
Please note, if the DPF clean cannot be performed due to no fault of our own, the £179.00 will be not refundable and we will include a diagnostic report and why the clean could not be conducted
but no communication from them since.
What a way to conduct business.

What fantastic customer service from my initial phone call to Craig arriving within 24hrs of confirming booking. Craig kept me upto date with timing. Very helpful. Definitely deserves a 5* review. Very happy customer.

£349 just to be told that the DPF sensor and oil filter need to be changed.

Craig kept me up to date regarding arrival time being as his last job over ran. When he arrive he quickly identified the cause of my blocked dpf as a air inlet hose that had come off due to a broken clip. He did a temporary repair with some cable ties to keep me going till the hose could be replaced. Cleaned the dpf with a chemical cleaner injected into the exhaust system which cleared the dpf enough to enable a forced regeneration overall I am very happy with the knowledge and service that Craig deliverd

The tech (Adam) sorted out my DPF and was very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable.
The whole process from booking to repair was seamless.
Gave me some useful tips to prevent further issues.

Had a call out today, engineer named Craig turned up and done a splendid job, was very well spoken, lovely bloke, great to speak to about any other issues I had questions about, highly recommended! 5stars from me!!
