Dragonfli Avis 

I would like to say a huge thank you to Dragonfli Team for reaching out to me. I am thrilled to share that my experience using beneficial bugs this time was genuinely positive. I was able to observe active beneficial bugs at work. I used the Dragonfli Thrip Control Bundle, which included Mighty Mites, thrips sticky traps and distribution boxes, and it was fantastic to see them actively at work. Overall, it was a reassuring and impressive experience, and I now plan to purchase sachets for my growing collection of Alocasias and Anthuriums shortly. I most definitely would recommend using Dragonfil as a pest control to help protect your plants from Spider Mites and Thrip.

Bought some traps for peace of mind (yet to put them out), but inputted the wrong address so my order got caught in a sorting office loop. Customer service really kindly got another one sent out, at no extra cost understanding the stress and life admin involved in moving and having possible bugs, which was very kind! Will be laying the traps asap now they have arrived!

Easy to order. The Clothes Moth egg killer sachets are easy to use and my preferred way to deal with moths. Feels more effective (and less toxic!) than just spraying as hopefully stopping the larvae completely. I use these with the pheromone traps to keep an adult moth levels too.

I bought Box Tree Moths pheromone traps, I didn't leave a review straight away I wanted to see how they would perform, and they have performed, I bought more than one because I have a lot of box in my garden, and for the past few months they have been catching the moths, they don't catch every single one but without these traps I would have had a lot more caterpillars eating their way through my plants, plus once you have the traps you can buy the pheromone caplets separately, once they have run out of punch, it is a battle

Very helpful people who analysed a problem i had with a tree pest. I used what they recommended and it worked!
Ive also used their anti wasp products. I have another problem with an Apple tree so I will be contacting them again!

I moved into carpeted rented accommodation a few months ago only to discover that it had a very bad carpet moth infestation. The landlord refused to remove and replace the carpet. I found Dragonfli and have used a combination of Moth Egg Killer Sachets (Trichogramma wasps), Pheromone Traps to attract adult males, a homemade natural vinegar and soap spray to kill any flying moths, and regular vacuuming, to eradicate the infestation. It has taken a few months (it was a very bad carpet infestation) but the pheromone traps alone have captured literally hundreds of adult moths! The problem has reduced significantly from 4-6 moths per day! to 1 or 2 per week. This week should finally kill off the remaining problem.

The parasitic wasps appear to be keeping our moths at bay. It’s a great relief to have something which is working in the background and naturally too.

Excellent service from Dragonfli. My nematodes to hopefully get rid of chafer bugs arrived promptly with clear instructions. The customer support was friendly and helpful.

Ordered nematodes to eliminate Box Tree Caterpillar infestation, in an environmentally friendly way. Product came promptly, very satisfying results. The caterpillars had stripped a substantial amount of foliage off a box hedge, but not long after treatment there were no more caterpillars and the hedge was showing encouraging signs of regrowth and recovery. Regular follow-up treatment will be needed but we’re optimistic that the nematodes have saved our hedge. Many thanks to Dragonfli for excellent service.

I'm always happy with Dragonfli products. They were recommended to me by a houseplant store manager and I have used them successfully ever since every time my plants are colonized by thrips or fungus flies. One application of Dragonfli predators is usually enough to wipe out the infestation. They supply products very promptly.

Pleased to report that the traps work ! Many moths caught.

Ladybirds arrived in perfect condition and when placed in the release containers they made their way out with ease and did their work efficiently

The slug nematodes I received from Dragonfli worked brilliantly. I had planted some healthy Dahlias in May and the slugs munched their way through them. A short while after the nematodes were applied, the munching stopped and the Dahlias continued growing unhampered. They also worked just as well in pots as in the ground. I'll definitely be applying them as early as possible next year.

Had a problem with spider mites in my greenhouse,which seems to be affecting my veg plants every year . Trying to go organic so chemical sprays are not an option. This is the third year I’ve used dragonfli predators with excellent results would definitely recommend!

Product arrived, well packaged and on time. After an infestation of red spider mites last year, I was nervous of a repeat performance this year but greenhouse is as clean as a whistle. Would recommend

I bought the small size of Dragonfli plant soap as I didn't want to commit or waste any product if it didn't work. I can confirm that the plant soap does work. The aphids on my Chinese lantern plant were virtually eradicated after 2 days of application (& there were hords of them). I'm delighted as this is environmentally friendly & didn't harm my plant at all. I never use insecticide & am happy to find something so good. The despatch & delivery were fast. Highly recommend this product.

I regularly purchase various predatory mite pouches from this website to control pests on my tropical plants. They always seem to work well and help my plants to thrive, I prefer the predators to chemicals where possible, plus they are a lot less effort than having to wash the plants down all the time which is a bonus.

Much diminished moths, but I think I'll need a second dose
we've had a moth problem for a while, sticky traps have been keeping it under some control, but haven't eliminated the blighters. Thought I'd try the wasps as well and within a day or two... no moths... or so I thought.

We've since a few in the two rooms treated, which is substantially better, and we've only caught one or two more in the months since. I'll be purchasing a new batch of wasps to see if this will completely deal with the problem, once the weather cools and we're not opening the windows.

I have used Dragonfli several times now. They ship quickly and respond helpfully to any queries raised. I have had just 1 issue in many years and this was fixed very quickly and satisfactorily. Will continue to use moving forward in an attempt to not use dangerous, indiscriminate, and damaging chemicals
