Dragonfli Avis 

I have used twice and found there product really affective. The slug one was brilliant i have had no problem since using it. It was frustrating the damage caused by the slugs but thought i would give dragonfli a go and havnt regretted it.

I’ve tried all the hacks and tricks to get rid of those little fruit flies. This is the only thing that works. Gotta give it a couple weeks to take effect but I’ve never had a infestation since and I’ve been using this for about 2 years now

Bought several times from Dragonfli, mainly for the control of ants. Good service every time and well packed. Reduces my ant infestation well.

I wasn’t expecting much but wanted to try after being recommended. I was really struggling with carpet moths in one room and had tried smoking etc but still had them. Followed instructions and after checking my new traps they are clear! I’ll keep monitoring as advised and certainly recommend 100%

I recently discovered red mite in my chicken coop. I have used chemical treatments in the past but don't like using them in close proximity of the girls, so this time turned to dragonfli and bought predatory mites.Delivery was exceptional. So simple to use and found that this was a stressless way of dealing with the outbreak. Worked a treat and will definitely continue to use at recommended periods. Highly recommend product and company.

Taken 20 days since order and not yet arrived. Shown as out for delivery today which is not ideal given tomorrow is due to be 32 degrees where I am. If you order, order well ahead of when you want them to arrive. Second time I’ve had this experience so will be ordering elsewhere herein.

It is really hard to review a product when you cannot see the tiny wasps. We think we are getting there with the infestation, but it is hard to tell as the moth numbers are only dropping slowly.

Having nearly lost my long established box hedge to the dreaded box hedge caterpillars, I have been very impressed with the treatments provided by Dragonfli which almost eradicated the infestation. In particular the trap has been trapping on average 10-15 fledgling moths everyday to my amazement. I will be leaving out as indicated for the period March through October and have already replaced the pads and pellets twice, well worth the investment. Peter Coppenhall: Top tip move the trap away from the box hedge as it attracts the moths from neighbouring gardens as I cannot own the number I'm collecting.

I purchased 20 bed bug traps to monitor different areas in my home after a recent bedbug infestation. The infestation was treated by a professional exterminator who advised me to buy traps and place them around the house to monitor for activity.

The traps were placed around the head area of the beds next to the head boards and under the bed frames at the level of the head.

I was so relieved when the traps failed to catch any new bugs. The traps gave me peace of mind, or at least I thought I had peace of mind.

Last week I went into my son’s bedroom to collect his laundry, his room had no previous activity of bedbugs. I spotted a bedbug flexing his muscles sitting on his headboard. I checked his traps, they were still empty. I was puzzled.

I pulled out my son’s bed and discovered an infestation. There was an entire village nestled on and behind his headboard. I was absolutely stunned.

I have the exterminator coming again tomorrow, this is another expense that I had hoped to avoid by early detection and treatment. I am confident that the services of a professional exterminator could have been avoided if the presence of bedbugs had been picked up early enough by functional traps.

This has caused damage to my son’s bedroom, I may possibly need to replace his bed, mattress and carpet. As well as the costs of the exterminator and specialist cleaning.

The sole reason I had purchased the traps, to detect early signs and treat.To avoid the above.

The traps have failed miserably, they only gave me a false sense of security, failed to detect the presence of an infestation until it was well established and visible, now to needing another professional exterminator visit.
This is an extra expense I was hoping to avoid.

Until date of today with a well established infestation and visable activity in my son’s room, the correctly placed Dragonfli bedbug traps remain empty.

I have to question all the other areas of the house now also. How can I trust Dragonfli traps ????!!!! This is an unmitigated disaster.

I attach photos of the infestation. These show the bed bugs that are in very very close proximity to the trap. There are more in other areas of the headboard and bed box. But you can see that despite the close proximity the trap remains totally empty which falsely led me to believe that this room was bedbug free.

I want a full refund immediately.

I had a negative experience as far as the chafer beetle lures. However the firm have rectified this , and are sending me further lures as a gesture of good will . The nematodes which affect the chafer grubs worked excellently. Many thanks to the firm for dealing so well with my problems

So impressed with the lacewing larvae. I had the worst aphid infestation I've ever experienced in my polytunnel to the extent I thought I'd lose half my crops- nothing had worked.

Being organic I decided to try natural predators. The larvae got to work right away and within a week numbers had plummeted. I bought in ladybirds (air force to assist ground troops) and thought at first they had flown (only to find them happily breeding the courgettes!). Within 2 weeks the aphids were completely eradicated and now the lacewings are happy flying around the tunnel pollinating the tomatoes and making more larvae to keep everything under control.

I'd not hesitate to buy them in again and can highly recommend both the products and the company. You do have to make sure the leaves are misted so the husks / delivery medium sticks and with a little initial effort you will find this a worth investment.

I have 2 box hedgeswith both approx. 50% of each sufferingfrom the box tree caterpiollar attack. Having used the nematodes as instructed they do show signs of improvement. I have collected many box tree moths in the trap which will hopefully improve the situation.

The Box Moth Trap I got last year has been devastatingly efficient this year but still got loads of caterpillars. Dragonfli have kindly sent me a trial Small Garden Box Tree Caterpillar Killer nematode pack to see if I can nip the second outbreak in the bud. The team at Dragonfli have been excellent in their support and advice.

The ladybirds worked really well and have munched their way through a lot of bugs in my greenhouse. The first delivery happened in the middle of the heatwave earlier in May - and many of the ladybirds didn’t survive the temperatures, but dragonfli replaced them without question- thanks

I have used the plum Moth traps from Dragonfli for a couple of years; they really work!

Had infestation of box moth caterpillar so thought I'd give this a go? Amazed with the result, after 2 applications, all gone! Did spend some time picking off live caterpillars but nonetheless, no more and hedge is growing back!

It is much easier to get the killer bugs using the envelope
as it can be moved about the plant, giving killer bugs time to get on with what they do best

We had virburnum beetles in our hedge and after some research online we decided to give dragonflies nematodes a try with two weeks the plant looked fantastic and the beetles appear to have gone highly recommended
