I’d had a bad smell in my downstairs toilet. I phoned Ash and he came when he said he would and went above and beyond what he said he would as well.
Ash put a camera down the pipe work and talked me through what he found, blockages and cracked pipes and how he could rectify the issues now. In my case Ash would flushed and cleared the whole
System.
Ash also explained how to rectify any non urgent issues that could be sorted out down the line with rough ball park figures, I was very impressed. Ultimately he sorted the issue I had and explained how to stop it from happening again and how our plumbing could be made better further down the line when we’re ready. I feel confident that I know how my waste plumbing works now and all the work that needs doing, with a problem sorted as well, cheaper than quotes I could find online.
