Quick response from this drainage company. Team was sent out the next morning to assess/diagnose the drainage issue. Following morning another team came to resolve the drain blockage. Work was carried out by well trained team which I could not fault at all and very pleased with the outcome and tidyness on completion of the job.
A full completion report with guarantee was sent, so a very professional service was given. Well done.
Only downside... I thought, a tad expensive.!

This was immediately followed up with an email confirming our appointment. The engineer telephoned and kept us informed as to when he would arrive. The Operative contacted me 20 minutes before his arrival and within 2 hours of my initial call to the Company. He cleared the inspection chamber which was full, then explained and showed me the reason for the blockage. Before advising a pressure wash he checked I was already aware of the cost and explained the benefits of removing years of built-up timescale. It was evident afterwards that the pipes and chambers were in a much better state and he had cleared more than just a blockage. The cost was competitive, slightly lower than I expected for the work done. The service I received from initial contact to job completion was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate engaging them in future.

Their friendly, no nonsense approach was refreshing and they were quick to analyse my problem and recommend a fully costed solution. The cost did not vary during the whole process. They showed me what the TV system was revealing in the drain and then fitted the agreed solution quickly. The team were neat and tidy and delivered exactly what we agreed to time and cost. Following a little hiccup with logistics, we were very pleased with the work carried out by Steve and his dutiful apprentice. They were friendly, informative, and enthusiastic. They worked efficiently, and took care in keeping our grounds clean and tidy.
