Having sewage smells permeating the bathroom, LSD sent round Quassi who was very friendly, knowledgeable thorough and efficient.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends, neighbours and indeed anyone.

An upgrade from my previous review
Since my previous 1 star review, the company got back in touch with me and have now given me a refund for the aspects of the work I was unhappy about. The office manager was apologetic and explained why there had been no reply to my initial complaint (new email ticketing system).
3 stars now for my experience with the company. At least they tried to put things right which I appreciate. It does indicate that they do respond to customer feedback.

I will be involving the police and legal representation as thy do not stop pestering my elderly family member at grate cost to his health …. All he asked was how much would it cost him and now they want over £150 with no guarantee they will fix the problem… after reading the other reviews I feel we have avoided being scammed oft of many pounds

We strongly dispute the claims made in this review and wish to clarify the facts.
Our attendance was arranged as a chargeable call-out, which is clearly explained at the time of booking. This covers attendance, investigation, and professional assessment. No work beyond diagnostics was carried out, which is why no repair costs were charged.
At no point was any harassment intended or carried out. Follow-up contact was limited to standard administrative communication relating to the outstanding call-out charge. If contact was requested to stop, this would have been respected immediately.
We take allegations involving vulnerable or elderly customers extremely seriously. Had we been informed that further contact was causing distress, this would have been addressed straight away.
We categorically reject any suggestion of scamming or improper conduct. We operate transparently, in line with UK consumer law, and thousands of customers rely on our services every year.
If you wish to resolve this matter formally, please contact us directly in writing so it can be reviewed appropriately. We will not engage in further discussion via a public forum.

Assessment and repair were fine. Cost upon reflection was extortionate. We had no use of kitchen a few days before Xmas due to gully collapse. In a vulnerable and time bound situation, I foolishly took on this company and was charged £1000’s to sleeve the 4m gully- my insurers will cover only £400. Compare prices! They will take advantage

Our pricing reflects the nature of the work carried out, including emergency attendance, specialist equipment, materials, and the permanent structural solution provided. All costs were explained and agreed in advance before works commenced.
Insurance settlements are determined solely by insurers’ own policy terms and are outside of our control. Many policies limit cover for drainage repairs, particularly where the issue relates to wear, collapse, or long-term deterioration.
We always encourage customers to take time to consider quotations where possible. In emergency situations, we aim to restore essential services as quickly and safely as we can, while remaining transparent about costs.

Kwesi and Girt came over to assess the emergency problem and temporarily sorted the constant flooding. A couple of days later, Connor and Dan did a great job removing the inceptor which had caused the problem and installed new pipes.

Weekend emergency call out
I was relieved and grateful to come across this company given that other companies previously contacted online were unavailable until the following week especially as it was an emergency. In addition the drainage experts gave our issue the priority needed and were cheerful, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Overpriced and terrible customer service
Initial response was excellent arrived next day to diagnose issue caused by root ingress to a pipe. Quoted £3000 to remove root and insert 5m of pipe reinforcement. The next day works team arrived and they discovered only 1m of pipe needed replacing price went up to £4250 with no explanation. After months of chasing because and three attempts to get a report to reflect something like the work done insurance company assessed work at £635. Terrible customer service, director will not take calls my advice use anyone else because they over charge and don’t care once they have your money.

Thank you for your email. We do not agree with several points raised and wish to clarify the facts for the record.
Following our initial attendance, root ingress and structural defects were identified within the affected pipework. Based on the findings available at that time, a provisional recommendation and estimate were provided, which was clearly explained as being subject to confirmation once full access and preparation works were undertaken.
Upon commencement of works, further defects and complexities were identified that were not visible or assessable during the initial diagnostic visit. As is standard within the drainage industry, the scope and pricing were adjusted to reflect the actual works required, specialist materials used, equipment deployed, labour time, and site conditions. All works proceeded with the customer’s agreement at the time.
The length of liner installed does not equate to the full extent, complexity, or cost of the works undertaken. Preparation, cutting, reinstatement, access, specialist plant, and structural installation all form part of the service provided.
With regard to your insurance assessment, insurers routinely apply policy limits, exclusions, and depreciation and frequently undervalue specialist drainage works. Their internal valuation does not determine the commercial cost of works carried out, nor does it reflect the actual service provided. We have no control over insurance settlements.
Regarding reports, documentation was provided based on the works undertaken. Any delays in correspondence were not intentional; however, we do not accept the allegation of poor customer service or avoidance. Directors are not always available for direct calls, but the company remains contactable through its formal communication channels.
We categorically reject the assertion that we “overcharge” or act improperly. All works were carried out professionally, transparently, and in accordance with industry standards and consumer law.
Our position remains unchanged, and we consider the matter closed. Further correspondence should be made in writing.

Turned up 3 hours late. Didn’t know what job he was doing when he turned up. Job was done in 10 minutes and despite me calling to complain the chap was still impolite when he finally turned up. Did the job but wouldn’t use them again

*Edit - The response below is complete fabrication, no one returned following the initial visit nor have we receive a full refund. We have recently (since complaining several times) received a partial refund but are still progressing with legal action to recover the remaining monies paid which is several hundred pounds.
You should AVOID this company at all costs!!

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify the facts for accuracy.
We did attend the property as agreed to carry out the toilet replacement and investigate the reported issues. Upon attendance, materials were purchased; however, it became clear on site that the work could not be completed as initially anticipated. As a result, the payment was refunded in full.
At no point did we “vanish” following payment. Attendance took place, and the matter was concluded by issuing a full refund once it was confirmed the work could not proceed.
We always aim to act fairly and transparently, and where work cannot be completed, we ensure customers are not left out of pocket.

I have booked for a look and see drain survey. The engineer has done his survey (partially, he didn't dare looking at everything even asked) and quoted me for rip-off repairs which were quoted more than the double of the standard price. I decided to go somewhere else.

Wish I could rate this company 1 star!!!!
Absolutely shocking experience. I genuinely feel scammed out of money by this company. I was charged a significant amount for work that did not fix the problem, and the pricing felt deliberately vague and misleading.
The engineer who attended, Charlie, was rude, abrupt, and completely unprofessional. When I questioned the cost and the lack of results, his attitude became dismissive and hostile instead of helpful. No customer should be spoken to that way — especially after being charged so much.
This company seems far more interested in taking payment than actually resolving issues. I regret using them and would strongly warn others to avoid and get proper quotes elsewhere before committing

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
This company's engineer provided a dire description of our drains, which proved to be untrue, and quoted over £5000 to line the drains. In fact he should have done no work on the drains at all, as they are shared with our neighbours. The drains are the legal responsibility of our water company. Despite assurances from head office staff that they will return our deposit, they have not done so to date.

Following your contact with our office, we did agree that your deposit would be refunded. As outlined in our terms and conditions, refunds are processed within a specified time period rather than immediately. We can confirm that the refund process was underway.
However, we have since been notified that a dispute was raised directly with your bank. Once a chargeback or bank dispute is initiated, the funds are automatically frozen and we are unable to complete the refund through our normal payment system. This has unfortunately caused further delays that are outside of our control.
Regarding the drainage assessment, our engineer provided an opinion based on the information available at the time of the visit. We acknowledge that responsibility for shared drains can differ depending on ownership and layout, which is why we agreed to cancel further works and refund the deposit once this was identified.
We want to reassure you that we are not refusing the refund. As soon as the bank dispute is resolved or withdrawn, we will be able to proceed in line with our agreed terms.
