Drain Doctor - Aberdeen & Inverness Avis 

We ran into trouble with all drains blocked and was able to contact them and they called back in 15 minutes on a Sunday, Brilliant, great sense of relief when we knew they were coming to fix matters. Brilliant job, had all the required kit and knew how to find and FIX the problem, no way could we have managed this ourselves. Derek knew what he aws doing and did a very good neat and tidy job, much appreciated at a very reasonable rate.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Shona at the local office responded very quickly to our initial query, Derek arrived the same day and cleared the blockage within 1 hour. Camera inspection identified the cause of the blockage and he returned the next day to fix this to avoid further problems. At all times he explained what he was doing and why. At the end of the job he cleared away completely leaving no mess.

Derek was very thorough and explained what work needed to be done clearly, then quoted an extremely fair price. The work was carried out really well with no mess or fuss. Very professional and friendly attitude. We will certainly use this company again and will recommend to friends.

Arrived on time and completed the work as quoted. Cleared a long standing blockage in less than an hour with rods and shared camera footage of the pipe inspection after the blockage was sorted. The engineer cleaned up after himself. Would recommend.

Darren was excellent, sorted out our blockage along with giving plenty very useful advice.

Contacted them as we had blocked/overflowing drains at home and they came within 2 hours. Advised us after checking our drains that the issue was with the main drain and to contact Scottish Water. They came the next day and sorted the problem. Drain Doctor were pleasant to deal with and gave good/accurate help and advice. Would have no hesitation in going back to them in future.

When I contacted Drain Doctor about my septic tank blockage they arrived first thing next day. Darren investigated the issue and uncovered several breaks in the outlet pipe. The following day a team arrived and proceeded to effect repairs, not an easy or pleasant task but the job was completed professionally and I would certainly use Drain Doctor again. Great job by the Engineer, managed to clear the issue within the drainage system and survey the system with a camera / pin pointed where underlying drainage issue is.
Plan can be made forward in future to resolve the issue.

Total blockage to septic tank system, undesirables backing up and overflowing. Never a calm situation. Derek arrived that afternoon, full of cheer, and had soon established where the issue was. A short time later it was all done, including a camera view down the pipes to ensure roots were not present. They were very quick, very friendly, and very efficient. I was left relieved at being able to relieve! I recommend them in general, and Derek in particular, to all who need such a service.

Enginer was careful to inform every step of the way ... but was unable to patch the pipe to prevent similar blockage in future .... am awaiting report to submit to insurers ...
