After dropping my car keys down a storm drain (with 2 kids in the unlocked car) I called Jon and he immediately offered to help. Jon and Sam made a potentially very stressful situation into an everyday hero experience by coming within the hour and retrieving the keys (that still worked by the way!) and I will be eternally grateful to them both- thank you so much. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor Oxford enough, impeccable service.

I'm so pleased with this company who have been consistently professional, informative & helpful. Kyle explained and showed me the problem and rectified it professionally. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt confident with him doing the work. He kept me updated with the appointment and what time he would arrive. Rang to book an operative to come and resolve a blocked kitchen sink drain (between the external drain cover and the manhole). Their office rang back within 15mins to advise an operative would be with us within the hour. After about half an hour "Jack" turned up and checked the issue, freed the blockage and flushed the drain through.
Jack was an extremely professional and polite guy - if we ever have any further blocked drain issues, we'll be asking if Jack is avaialable.

Rang in the morning about 10am to arrange a resolution to a drain blockage and the Drain Doctor arrived by 1pm and he was very proffessional and methodical with his approach to our problem.
Within 40 minutes he had diagnosed and cleared the blockage.
He was a very nice and approachable person.
I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

The engineer who came to assess the blockage o our drain was punctual, careful to explain what his equipment revealed and was concerned to point out the expense involve in rectifying the problem. The job was expensive due to multiple fractures in our pipework but clearly (visibly) necessary. The engineer (Lee) was very pleasant, patient - and highly efficient.

What we thought was a blocked drain was identified by Harry and his colleague to be a much larger problem. He and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable and really helped resolve the problem. Ricardo is always so professional and really appreciate his quick responses to my queries. Would most definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

So pleased with this service from calling around 10am to work being completed by 9pm. On the same day. Kyle was really good went above and beyond to sort out this mess. Thank you

Sadly a very poor experience over the weekend, despite the very good reviews.

I first called at 1pm on Saturday to explain my situation (no functioning toilet, sewage spilled out into back garden). I was told someone would call me back as soon as possible. I hadn't heard anything by 4:45pm, so called again. They apologised, said they'd put it through as urgent. Again, I had heard nothing by 5:45pm, so after speaking to them again, asked to be put on the list for first thing on Sunday morning, as by the time they got there that evening (if they ever did) it would realistically be too late to start digging things up anyway. I had heard nothing by 9am on Sunday morning so phoned again to make sure I was on the list, they again told me it would be put through as urgent. I heard nothing back at all on Sunday, and was still left without a functioning toilet, with sewage in my back garden.

The first I heard from them was Monday morning, where I received two phone calls, the second of which was a follow up from the director from the relevant office. She was extremely apologetic for my experience and is looking into how this happened, and seems to be dealing with it in the way I would now hope. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that I was left with no toilet facilities at all at home from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon (when another company turned up exactly on time and cleared the blockage promptly). If I didn't have family who lived within very short walking distance, I wouldn't have been able to stay at my home at all over the weekend.

If I had known at the outset that no one from Drain Doctor would come out over the weekend, I would have tried another company early on Saturday, but by the time I had given up on Drain Doctor arriving it was the Sunday afternoon, at which point it felt pointless trying to get anyone out that day, and that I'd be better trying another company on Monday.

Extremely disappointing service, for such a highly rated company, and not at all what I expected from a company claiming to offer 24/7 emergency support.

Efficiently solved; good blokes

Adrian was a star. Really patient and professional. Not an easy job with an old house but he really stuck with it to get it sorted. Would recommend Adrain and the company to anyone
