Excellent service from initial contact. Colin arrived, very personable, investigated, sourced the issue, works completed within 10 minutes. Great job.

Did great job clearing block been like this for a while bit expensive but done now thanks came over 30 minutes after i called them !!! The man on the phone was very helpful and the man that came was in birchington and turned round to come back !! Legend!!

Fast in replying to attend call out - Plumber knew what he was on about - explained clearly the work to be carried out - explained what the problem was - explained the cost of the job - Plumber was very friendly 10/10

Leon & Kyle were really quick to respond, they didn't charge for the initial call out to quote on repairing a leaking pipe and they even put a temporary repair in place. They then came back the next day to complete the full repair, and they also passed on some very helpful information re making an insurance claim for the water damage from the leak. Overall an excellent service, very trustworthy, professional, friendly, and competitive pricing, would highly recommend.

We had Kyle come in to sort a blocked drain from and upstairs bathroom, the job was a bit of a nightmare, but Kyle was professional and super helpful and was super sorry for a couple of hiccups, even though it wasn’t his fault. He came and fixed the problem and made the drainage system more adequate for the job, well done mate and thanks so much. great customer service and very quick response

A blocked toilet situated in the converted loft of the building. This was a difficult job with access and working space very limited. The blockage was at the very top of the discharge pipe and it was impossible to reach. Kyle and Colin eventually came up with an ingenious solution. Problem solved!

Great professional, friendly service. I have never used google to find someone beforehand, but had a drainage emergency where I was impressed and after a watch & wait decided I needed further repairs and assessment. Again very happy thus far. Work still to be completed ( part two) but I’m sure I’ll be as happy as after first two engagements. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
