Drain Doctor - Fife Avis 

Really impressed by the service. I called in the morning and the company had two people with me by early afternoon. They were thorough in exploring the problem, identified the issue and rectified it. Before leaving they made sure that everything was cleaned up. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Andrew who was very calm, pleasant,and enthusiastic about his job dealt with the problem in no time. I thought it was a drain but it turned out to be the sewer.

Communication is 100% we had Drain Drs come and see us due to a smell, they considered the best time to come to the busy Surgery they found the issue within 10 minutes and blasted it all clean, we appreciate this service so much. Thanks

Phoned as had an emergency situation with blocked toilets. They rearranged appointments so that they could go out. Gave a time they would be there and they were on time. Cleared the blockage and kept the tenant informed.

Easy to talk too, explained what the problem was and they were out the next day to solve the problem. Had a call after the work were complete and assured all was fine and the blockage was cleared. Downpipe was replaced and screwed back in place

Firstly, cleared the 3/4 blockages.
were on time and even arrived a day early.

Prompt response. The engineers who came obviously well experienced and found the fault quickly and efficiently dealt with it. And gave good advice.

Absolutely useless and total con .
Called a few times to even get a reply took over 24 hours then the shambles started.

Told them to leave my property as the guy never had a clue in the end .

Already had ripped off my tennants for 300.00 the first time we found out after to not do the job right first time.

Then said no other way to clear the blockages apart from flooding the bathroom? Said absolutely zero access without going in void and removing a wall? Then found out was his son did the bodge job last time on the report and can access from the roof?? So Then string of lies about the job?
Then it was normal to leave holes in a drainage pipe in the bathroom? So asked to leavev as clearly zero idea what they were doing.

After starting to ask questions he got very angry and left even my tennant said he was aggressive to her and very defensive!

I then called a actal
professional drainage company who arrived the same day ! Found the access for the drains outside in less than 5 mins that these cowboys could not in 15 mins on two visits and said did not exsist.

They then cleared the job in 30 mins and replaced the dodgy repair half done by " drain doctor" and never flooded anything ot caused any mess at all.

These people need shut down as total con men.
Absolutely terrible from start to finish.
