Drain Doctor - Lincoln Avis 

Our drain blockage problem was quickly diagnosed and efficiently cured. I was very impressed by the knowledge and skill of the 2 guys that attended and the range of specialist equipment they had at their disposal.

Made an enquiry on Thursday evening, got a call back almost straight away and booking made for next day for technician to come and investigate issue.
Martyn came more or less on time, we went through the issue, he explained the process of what he was going to do investigate, then he did that - camera down the sewer pipe and found the issue, gave me an estimate for what it would take to sort it and I agreed to go ahead, he sorted that and also checked the other sewer pipes under the house, and flushed them through too, the video footage taken will be used for a report on the condition of the sewers which will be sent later.

We booked Drain Doctor Lincoln due to a blockage with our saniflow toilet. Amazing firm. They were helpful on the telephone and managed to fit us in the same day. The 2 men that came to us were both respectful of the property and helpful. They didn't rush the work and checked everything was working prior to leaving. They also gave us some advice to enable us not to keep having the same problem and we will be having them back for that work. Thanks very much guys and also thank you for the bill not killing us either. Highly recommend.

Assessed the job on arrival and gave the qoutation for works. Had full kit including cameras which were helpful for us to use scanning device with to get an accurate read of where our problem was.

From start to finish Lee and Barry explained everything that was needed to be done and at every stage of the job. A thorough investigation was carried out and the work carried out to clear the blockage was completed. Inspections of the pipe were conducted and shown to me and advice given on how to keep the drains clear. Fully recommend Barry and his team. Thanks again for being so thorough.

Courteous, and being extremely efficient and thorough

Called Drain Doctor at Louth last Thursday and someone came out the next morning to survey the problem. Was then advised what was needed to be done. We were given two levels of pricing with very good detailing and photos of what was needed to solve it. After deciding we contacted the office again to arrange to have the work done. The following Tuesday we had the lovely polite and helpful Lee arrive at our home at the time given. Cannot thank all at Drain Doctor enough for the service we received.
