Drain Doctor - Mid Scotland Avis 

The repair was done although I've not given it time to ensure it lasts. My main complaint is that the quote I was given didn't include VAT. So the plumber completed the repair and then told me the cost (which I thought was expensive but it needed to be fixed) plus VAT. Felt conned. Won't be using them again.

Service was excellent, and engineer arrived promptly. Andrew did an excellent job, and left everything tidy on his departure

Good service but ridiculously expensive. 15 minutes max and £300 !!

Highly efficient and speedy service from Andrew at Drain Doctor. 2 hours after our initial enquiry our very slow draining kitchen sink was sorted. Would use again and highly recommend.

Your operative, Brian was cheerful and helpful, he explored all the local lines to make sure the potential blockages were not on our lines. To my mind he conducted a thorough survey and advised me what to tell the water board.

I had been having huge drain problems on a rainwater downpipes onto my garage, and had been given the runaround by builders and other people in the building, who swore blind that there was no link between the downpipes and the main drain. Conn0r did a series of unblockings, and discovered that indeed, the pipe and the drain were linked and badly blocked. It was a relief to have a proper diagnosis and a partial unblocking (someone had poured concrete down the drain....)

Connor the engineer, stuck at the job all day. As we weren't at home he called to confirm what work was required. Got home in time to see quality of work carried out prior to refill of excavation. Very tidy after finishing as well. Would highly recommended.

Andrew was very efficient and knowledgeable. He rang before arriving and I got a next-day appointment which was very convenient! After using the camera to check the system he offered advice on how we could install our wetroom drainage. It's offered me the peace of mind we needed before going ahead. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor.

The standard of job done and person doing it were great, as was the speed of response to my initial request for quotes for the work. I've deducted one star only because I'm still waiting to receive a written note of work contracted, fee for work, and confirmation of my payment on the day.
