Drain Doctor - Nottingham Avis

Excellent service. Thank you for sorting out our drains so quickly and efficiently

Absolutely brilliant service.
Highly recommended

Excellent service, clear communication through out , easy online payment system . Would highly reccomend .

Technician checked drain covers, put his jet wash down my drain and unblocked it straight away. He then wanted to investigate as to why it blocked, so used a camera to identify the issue. He informed me what the issue was and said he would provide a quote. I received the quote later that day.
All in all excellent service.

Knowledgeable, quick & friendly service from engineers

Communication was excellent. Arrived promptly and called first to say what time they would be arriving. Friendly and polite staff. Explained what was happening and showed me end result. Highly recommend.

We had air bubbling into downstairs toilet which was slow to empty. I rang in the morning and by lunchtime Ross arrived. After a thorough check of all drains he found and cleared the blockage efficiently. Service with a smile and very professional. I would highly recommend the Drain Doctors.

Great service - friendly, same day and problem solved.

Quick response. Was advised when troubleshooter was on his way. Arrived earlier than expected, so wasn't left waiting. Problem was solved quickly and service was polite and helpful.

A really good service from start to finish, firstly, they came out to survey the issue and gave a few recommendations, and quotations? This is with no call out charge so no obligation to go with them
We chose the one suitable for us, booked the time in with the office, they came on time as scheduled. Phone call before they arrived to say they were on their way. Kept as informed throughout the process. Did the work to an extremely good level, leaving no mess, cleaned up after themselves?
Would fully recommend this company.
