Our drain blocked and was backing up to the manhole and over flowing ( on a Sunday ) Jon and his team were so helpful and accommodating , within 1hour an engineer had turned up to deal with the issue. Very efficient and prompt service. Thanks guys !

Huge thanks to Drain Doctor for rescuing me from what became a two‑visit plumbing mission. A simple blocked toilet turned out to be anything but simple, and they ended up having to remove the toilet and sort out the pipework behind, which was a hangover from the builders work almost 20 years ago. Even with all the unexpected issues, they stayed friendly, hardworking, and completely focused on fixing the problem properly. I really appreciated their honesty and dedication. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks once again to James and Brad!
