Really excellent and thorough appraisal. Having reflected on the whole process and the questions I was asked and the discussions that followed, I think this was the most comprehensive appraisal I have had in my career. Dr Appraisals as a company was very supportive and helpful in getting the appraisal arranged and Dr Boyson was very friendly and helpful in the appraisal and had clearly taken the time to read through my supporting documents in detail to ensure we had meaningful discussions. I would highly recommend Dr Appraisals for anyone seeking a private appraisal.

As this was my first appraisal, I was very nervous beforehand and kept wondering what I would talk about for an hour. However, from the moment the meeting started, I began to feel much more at ease.

Dr Boyson’s approach was very supportive. For each section of the appraisal, he first explained it to me or checked what I understood about it. He then asked about my own experiences and views and listened to my reflections very carefully.

Overall, the appraisal went very smoothly for me and was much better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend DrAppraisals, especially to IMG doctors going through their first appraisal.

Firstly I was not sure if I should approach Dr apprisals for my annual return and appraisal considering the fact that I was not connected to a designated body at the moment however my process and discussion with Dr. Boyson went very smooth and productive. From the outset, he was professional, welcoming, and extremely supportive. He clearly explained all the domains that needed to be covered and ensured that I fully understood the appraisal requirements. His calm and patient approach made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and provided valuable guidance throughout. I found him to be kind, approachable, and genuinely interested in supporting my professional development. His constructive feedback was insightful and encouraging. The appraisal was well-structured, informative, and conducted with the utmost professionalism. The way that the appraiser talked , it really made me feel comfortable and kept me calm.
Besides every question was explained clearly during the appointment.
But there is some points that could be helpful to improve : For fast track appraisal it would be better to answer the emails faster as the candidate might be in harsh.
It would be great that if more than one candidate book your appointment some discount would be available. For example my wife did appraisal with you and after that I did the appraisal with you . Indeed, if it would be a discount so everyone introduce and recommend you to others .
