I did my appraisal with Chris Boyson. He was very supportive and made the whole process easy.

First of all, before booking my first appraisal as an overseas doctor I had a quick telephonic chat with Dr Boyson, the director of the company who put to ease all of my anxiety related to the process of my first appraisal. Following that I booked a fast track appraisal and this was followed two emails explaining in detail in plain language what next to do and how to do that. The appraisal process itself was via virtual video Google meet. Dr Boyson was very approachable, knowledgeable and understanding and made the appraisal process very comfortable. Whenever there were doubts on any point Dr Boyson would take time to elaborate on it.
