Ordered stuff over a week ago and…
Ordered stuff over a week ago and expected delivery on Monday. It’s now Thursday and still no sign of it.
Had to call them to find out updates and the delivery dates keep changing. Nobody keeps us informed of what’s going on
Re your reply, I’m afraid the rating of 1 is yes as I had to tell the fitter to come again and this cost me another £125/- All the savings I made with your self were now mostly lost

Firstly thank you for choosing to shop at Draw A Bath, we genuinely appreciate your custom.
Our reviews mean the world to us, as does complete transparency for all of our customers, therefore I feel it is only fair I explain this from our side.
You placed your order on the 18th of June, within 2 hours we emailed to advise the goods had been ordered and once acknowledged by the supplier a delivery date would be provided.
The following day we emailed you to advise the delivery date would be the 21st of June.
Unfortunately when the distributor came to ship the order, it was not complete and therefore they did not despatch, furthermore they did not advise us and for this I can only apologise.
They are normally faultless, we never have any issues with this supplier, I am literally having to put this down to a one off.
We have then revised the delivery date and I can now see the goods have been delivered, I am genuinely sorry there has been a delay in your order.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as can be seen from the many 5 star reviews we collate.
Whilst I understand we have failed on this occasion, I ask have we failed to 1 star out of 5 stars?
As a small business in an extremely challenging economy, reviews of this nature really tarnish our reputation, you simply could not be dealing with a more honest and caring supplier :(
Just a great all-round experience
A more personal service, very competitive pricing and attentive and responsive after-sales. Can't speak highly enough and my new 'go to' for high end bathroom components.

Faulty email system caused some concern but all sorted in the end.
Ordered a shower riser. Due to an unfortunate fault I didn’t get any confirmation apart from money coming out of my account. Sadly the system error also affected the chase up. However once they were aware of the fault customer services were good at sorting the issue and providing updates.
Reason for 3 stars was due to needing to provide a low review to get a response to the issue.

Great product and excellent customer service
The selection of baths is great and the the customer service excellent. I needed the bath to be delivered as soon as possible to meet with my plumbers time scale, they did everything to get it to me as quickly as possible.

Great experience and customer service…
Great experience and customer service from start to finish. We mainly went for Duravit & VB products which came with a lead time of a few weeks but it was definitely worth the wait as quality is execellent. The prices are competitive in comparison to other retailers as well. I particularly liked that for each product you are able to choose other parts needed for the installation (e.g concealed part for the tap) which makes it much easier and ensures you have everything you need. I definitely recommend.

Price competitive and great customer service
I found the price on draw-a-bath of the item I was looking for (a Duravit toilet) very competitive with the so-called 'discount' suppliers of bathroom sanitaryware, and my query about availability was dealt with quickly, courteously and fully. I was impressed to be told exactly what the stock position was, and how quickly the item could be delivered.
Delivery was exactly as advised, and (for an order slightly exceeding £500) the fact that it was free was a bonus!

I started off with HansGrohe via Amazon etc.. to the tail end of last year. Whilst HG is a good brand I was seriously underwhelmed by their plastic facades and inconsistent colour matching of "black" between products.
Cue DrawABath. So bloody glad I found these guys - Chris (via e-mail and phone) was an immense helping in guiding to Duravit, a brand which I'd never considered. I ordered quite a few taps and showertray/controls the works. The Duravit brand is absolutely awesome. Solid (everything metallic - brass black?), lovely looking (somewhat pricey but these guys have good prices compared to others).
Whilst some have some long(er) lead times, plan ahead! They are definitely worth the wait, and DrawABath is definitely the place to purchase from.
