Good service
I initially left a poor review as I hadn't heard anything since placing the order on Monday evening, and it's Wednesday morning now.
The e-mail confirmation arrived whilst writing the review and I had a call that had gone straight to e-mail to discuss delivery whilst writing the review also. I lso now appreciate that whilst it would be helpful to get confirmation, they don't confirm until the manufacturer has confirmed etc.
I'm happy to adjust my score as the conversation on the phone was really useful, professional and these guys clearly really care about their customer service.
I'm happy to admit that I got it wrong first time around.

Great customer service
The stuff's not arrived yet because it's on special order with a long lead time from the manufacturer but so far Drawabath have been great. Excellent prices, quick responses, helpful advice and so good to be able to talk to real people who properly know about their product ranges and even have experience of actually fitting bathrooms. Would definitely use them again.

Purchase of Villeroy & Boch items
I purchased a number of Villeroy and Boch items from Draw A Bath for our project. Their prices were very competitive and they have been very helpful at all times (before/after sales) in dealing with my queries and also replacing a damaged item very quickly. I can't recommend Draw a Bath enough
I can't recommend Draw a Bath enough. My not so straightforward enquiry was dealt with immediately and handed on seamlessly to another member of staff when my original contact went on leave. I was kept informed of progress, they organised delivery on my preferred day, then notified me of a delivery window without being prompted. Not only that, but they are very competitively priced too. I'd highly recommend them, it's really rare to find such good customer service.

Great customer service .....
I had a problem ordering a product from their website, so I rang the contact number and got through within seconds. Chris was really helpful. For some reason I couldn't get to the payment page so Chris arranged for a payment link to be sent over within the hour. Just now waiting for delivery. Great service.

Great price and service
Royden confirmed the lead time of our Duravit toilets from Germany and answered all our questions quickly.
Delivery was several weeks earlier than advised and we were called to confirm the delivery date. The delivery arrived a few days later and everything was packaged well with no missing items, etc.
Draw A Bath prices were the best on the internet and the service was great! Recommended!

Perfect
Royden was super knowledgeable and helpful and bent over backwards to get a suitable frame out for a last minute dry fit. As a result we bought the rest of our sanitaryware from Draw A Bath.
