Dr. Bakshi has excellent people skills! His continued communication during his exam, explaining each step as he performed the exam, and reassuring me with his findings, helped me relax, and left me with a good understanding of his surgical process. On surgery day Dr Bakshi explained the procedures would be different and better from those followed at my 1/2022, surgery on my other eye. Indeed it was much better, and the surgery went very well. Dr.Bakshi called me that evening to check on how I was doing and asked if I had any questions. My post op exam with Dr, Bakshi also was very comfortable, his easy manner and exchanges during his exam helped to make it a pleasant experience. My last exam, one week hence, was equally pleasant, including the removal of the stitch he had put in during surgery, painless and uneventful. My impressions of Dr. Bakshi are; he has excellent eye surgery skills, excellent “bedside manner”! He has excellent communication skills and he kept me well informed throughout every step in the process. His post surgery call to check on how I was doing, later that day, impressed me as well. I am very pleased with the process and the results of my surgery. My sight is improving every day. I would recommend Dr. Bakshi and the services I received at New England Vision, to anyone in need of eye surgery.
We consulted the doctors at Dr. Bakshi’s Healthcare for myself and my family. Their Homoeopathic Paediatrician was very helpful and patient with my children. She took the case history and prescribed medicine. Both of my children attentively listened to her and the treatment has also been very effective. They have an in-house pharmacy. The staff is also amazing and cooperative.
Dr. Bakshi's Healthcare is the perfect wellness centre with certified psychologists, homoeopaths and nutritionists. I take homoeopathic medicines and diet plan to stay healthy and fit. I take counselling to reduce my stress level and become professionally well.
