Great when you’re in a pinch or restricted for time
There was a little back and forth and some confusion around the healthcare procedures in Canada. But once it all got sorted out everything worked out fine.
I will say that the response time from drgalen was immediate each and every time I reached out. That was appreciated.

I was out of town with my adult…
I was out of town with my adult daughters and my youngest got sick with strep right after we got here. She had been sick for 4 days. I tried another online service but they couldn’t do anything because I was in Michigan. Dr Galen website was amazing. They were able to call in antibiotics to the local pharmacy here in Michigan. I highly recommend them

This is an absolute scam.
I am a physician. I don’t do outpatient visits. I ONLY work at a trauma hospital. And it says I will see people for $7 for a concierge visit. Complete and utter bs.
Reporting this fraud to FTC, BBB and anyone else I can think of.

Our platform sources publicly available data to help patients find care options, and we never intend to misrepresent any provider's scope of practice or availability. We take such concerns very seriously, and we have immediately removed your profile from our platform to prevent any further confusion.
To clarify, the $7 concierge visit fee mentioned on our platform is not a fee for your consultation. It is a coordination fee charged to the patient for helping them book an appointment on their behalf. Patients are always directed to visit the provider directly and make payment directly to the provider or the hospital, we do not collect or handle any consultation fees for in-person visits.
We also work with trauma doctors who assist patients when appropriate, and we ensure all listings match a provider's actual practice to the best of our knowledge.
