My experience with Drip Project was extremely disappointing. I purchased a Classic Cuban Bracelet and simply needed to exchange it for a smaller size. The product itself is fine, but their post-sales service is non-existent.

I specifically warned their support team that courier partners in my area often mark pickups as "failed" without actually calling or visiting. They assured me they had "escalated" the issue to prevent this. Predictably, the courier never called, never showed up, and falsely marked me as "unreachable."

When I flagged this to Drip Project, instead of taking ownership of their logistics partner’s failure, they:

Admitted the "person" (Daksh) I was talking to earlier was just a chatbot.

Refused to reschedule the pickup.

Told me to ship the item back at my own expense because their courier didn't do their job.

It is unacceptable to penalize the customer because your logistics partners are incompetent. I decided to keep the wrong size rather than spend another rupee on this process. This was my first and last purchase.

Advice to the brand: Stop spending so much on aggressive marketing and influencers, and invest in a logistics team that actually works.

Poor customer care !
Even founder don't care ! Ihe also fight with customers.
Jwellery are cheap, low in quality.
Try to trap customer through gift cards,avoiding return or replace.

they have not refunded my 2000 rs since 3 months now, there is no support from the team and no one replies to the emails. very unprofessional company.

I orders classic cuban chain white gold from this awful site.
1. The image attached on site and chain itself in person are very different. In person it too much bling but in site image it doesn’t appear so.

2. The lock mechanism doesn’t even work, the chain keeps coming off while walking or even lying on bed.

Don’t order from this site at all. A complete sham.

Second I purchased a product which is nearly 3k on sale However its small in my wrist so I requested a exchange and I am ready to pay extra still it's been 5 days no help received from their end. The bracelet is 3k rs price and I can't wear it also. They think customers money grows in trees i guess worst experience ever. And I will take this to every socail media. People needs to know

Drip Project: A Disastrous Pre-Order Experience

DO NOT BUY FROM DRIP PROJECT!

I made the grave mistake of pre-ordering the Micro Tennis Round Bracelet 3mm on October 22nd. The website promised shipping would start on October 29th. As of November 3rd, my order is still PENDING.

This company is a **disgrace** to the online retail industry. They constantly **drop prices** on their products, making a mockery of their pre-order system. It's clear they're deliberately misleading customers and taking advantage of their trust.

Their customer service is non-existent. The helpline numbers are either switched off or have no incoming call facility. It's as if they're actively avoiding customer inquiries.

**I'm appalled by Drip Project's unethical business practices.** They've stolen my money and wasted my time.

**I urge everyone to boycott Drip Project and spread the word about their deceitful behavior.**

Fake company with fake member not replying after their product is faded when received M.C.

Horrible experience. They have sent me a very substandard looking product whose actual value should be less than 50Rs, and when I have applied for a refund they said they wont do it because it was under Buy one get one.
Now interestingly, they have not mentioned this anywhere while placing the order or while adding items to the cart.
Infact, they are asking me for Rs 200 more as well as sending the product back to them on my own bill. Which is ridiculous!!!!

Pls dont buy. They will send the wrong product and then harass you for return or exchange. Its been 3 mnths and i still havnt got the product

I bought their tube hoop earrings and they got lose in 1 month. Their customer service does not exist. Highly recommend not buying from these scam artists.

Pathetic company, pathetic products.

There is a reason Drip project does not have a customer review/photos, they have fake celebrity spottings. I purchased around 5K “white gold” chain on their website and saw the same Chain for 300 in an another website but it said stainless steel but looked so similar with the customer photos,so I decided to order the 300 chain. When I got it both were the same freaking chain both Quality were bad felt light af. Don’t get scammed by these social media ads they all are low quality same product drop shipped from China and sold for different prices depending on the hype don’t get scammed

I order a product from the website during a sale and get 30% off. The product they send does not fit so I ask for an exchange. After a lot of time I get a reply saying we don't have it in stock and can offer store credit. The website shows its in stock however. This is crazy I ask for a refund they say we cannot give refund whatsover, after trying to say our product is out of stock. Now I have no choice but for their crappy store credit, which they use a coupon code. This coupon code does not allow me to use other coupon codes so my discount is gone and I have paid full price for their plated crap. Never again making this mistake

I did not find the product quality that impressive so i placed a return request. Its been one week and they are just wasting my time neglecting my return request and when i try to contact one their employee she won’t reply or she’ll reply when she feel like to. Poor service poor management. I’ve wasted my 2k on this and i will never order from here. And im about to file a fraud complain against them.

They have the last quality of the product. Even they don’t have like customers service. They ask ne to send the pictures I send them and they took 1-2 months to reply me back and they said now we can’t go further because your time limit is more then 15 days so sorry I just wear the chain 2-3 times and it’s fade.
And their products is not good at all they used just plating on metal and they said we have a guaranteed for life they just said they don’t replace even they don’t answer calls they don’t even replies on Instagram they are like but my product then get out I don’t care.
So better not buy a product from them
Better to do customise in local jewellery store.

They have top notch quality with amazing pricing. Even the custom jewelry is totally as per your expectation.
