Drive Assist Avis 135

I’ve tried 4 drivers and with the exception of one the other three were 5-star drivers - skilled and good listeners. I’ve found this a better way to manage my needs to be driven long distances than employing someone full-time.

We recently hired Dipesh-ji to drive us from Delhi to Rishikesh. He stayed with us during our stay in Rishikesh and then drove us back to Dehradun after 5 days. At the end of the 5 days he felt more like family to us than a driver. He was honest, safe, responsible, punctual, knowledgeable and kind. When we come back we would definitely like to have him again for any trip we take!

He was a very comfortable as well as considerate driver as a senior citizen was travelling ..

I have been booking with them regularly. All drivers have been in time. They call in advance to finalize the time etc. Used their service while my father was in the hospital and they were very helpful. Never had any issue with the service.

I had hired Javed for six days for out station duty from 21st Feb to 26th Feb. He is not only good in driving but also has pleasing manners.
He is polite, respectful, punctual and knows how to conduct himself. Excellent experience and looking forward to having such experience in future also.

I had booked a driver for 8.00 am . When the driver did not arrive by 8.25 I called up the company number. Nobody picked up the phone. Finally at 8.30 someone picked up and said he would find out and call back in two minutes. Needless yo say no return call. I called again and no one picked up. I ultimately had to take an uber cab and got late for my appointment. This is a thoroughly unreliable and crooked service. It should be banned.
