Great handover experience from Carl today, the car was spotless and made the process so easy, took no longer than 20 minutes from walking into the dealership to driving away my new car! Great bloke, polite and cares a lot about the customer, shout out too Lewis and janette aswell who made the process so quick and simple!

Spoke with Carl whilst viewing the cars, Carl listened to our preferences of what type of car we wanted, was throughly helpful and wasn't your typical salesman trying to push the car on us. After looking at all garages in the Teesside area for a car that could handle our Standard Poodle we found 3 cars that looked great, within budget and quality brands at Driven.
I have to say I was really impressed with the service we received from Carl, he went out of his way to look after us.
We chose an awesome LR Freelander 2, what a quality car that we fell in love with after the test drive. Carl was really accommodating allowing us to take as much time as we wanted to test the car out. He even suggested bringing our huge Puppy along!!
Not only was the car with budget we received a great trade in value on our Mini.

Got a vehicle from these early Dec '21.

I'd give them 10/10 stars from walking in, showing me what they have, their sales process in general was absolutely spot on and I was kept in the loop over the phone and via WhatsApp... Then it went downhill after I picked the vehicle up (1/10 stars)

Day one, noticed they hadn't sorted the dents and paint out on the back (not a big issue assuming they'd book it in)... Not one offer to do the job (have this agreed in writing too)...

As time has gone on, days, a week or two later, I have noticed more problems such as the front parking sensors working when they want to, the rear parking sensors are constantly beeping when in reverse, the vehicle has had a poor respray job (the back is a different colour to the front) and there's been some form of bad welding underneath.

The finance company aren't really interested either. They've been kept upto date and are of no use or help at all!

In fairness, they have offered me to part exchange the vehicle (at trade price but 'they would look after me' - the cheek ey?). They quoted me £100+pm more for a similar value vehicle without asking for a settlement quote. Would I really want to risk taking another car off them after this?

I've got nowhere at all dealing with these, so I have just dropped off the vehicle with them and I have asked for one of the owners (Chris or Jonathan) to contact me anytime to try and get this resolved... And guess what.... Nothing!!!

I would avoid buying a vehicle off this company, unless you bring someone with you to look at the vehicle you're buying first.

My very first time purchasing a car from driven car sales and I could not of been happier from the moment I walked in to driving my gorgeous new car away!
