Really great product and service
Have read some of these negative comments and can confirm that I had a great experience. It is a really good product. My new dashcam working very well. It's super clear and easy to use. FAQs on site answered every question I had. The business that hardwired this for me commented that it was great value having installed a lot of cameras. Quick delivery and professional company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great camera
Great camera, easy to install using the 12 volts connector. Once in, it boots up with the car's ignition; the app is a bit tricky, particularly finding the stored videos, but once mastered, with practice. everything is smooth.
Drivevision (front only) 4K Dashcam
Although there was a delay (supply issues), my purchase arrived in good condition and as desribed. I had the camera hard-wired by my auto-electrician and as I have never owned a dashcam before was a little short of knowledge. Althought there is a user guide I found it very limited in information and I think it would be good to have a user manual that takes you through the start-up steps and what to expect once it's switched on.
The camera itself worked really well and switches back and forth from parking mode to driving mode with ease, letting you know when its on, off and on again. Quality footage and clear sound makes this camera a value for money purchase compared to more expensive brands on the market. It offers more than other cameras in a similar price band.
The compact design makes it easy to install on the windscreen and doesn't clutter up the view. It sits neatly just below the 'rear view mirror and sensor console' on my Triton.
I had no trouble connectiong to the Vidure App or adjusting the settings which seem to me, in the most, self expanalatory. Connecting from phone to camera was quick and easy as long as you switch off or are away from other wifi connections that can connect with your phone.
All in all a good solid and well made camera that can do what it's designed for.

Web Site is to navigate, purchased a bundle with Front & Rear & Memory Card. Had issue with rear camera not working and customer service did awesome with support and couldn't fix issue sent a replacement straight away. Best part customer support was there step by step and followed up with new unit. Great Value & Service
Drivetrain dash cam.
Ordered front and rear camera on Sunday and received goods on Thursday. Installed both and downloaded app and put card in,used cig lighter for power and worked straight away. Happy with purchase so far.

Easy install and simple setup
Purchased front and rear cameras. Installed myself with the hard wire kit. Found the process easy and had no issues. Also found things easy to set up in the app. Early days but so far no issues at all.
Highly recommend
Took a while for my order to arrive but was very pleased with this dash cam.
After a few months I had an issue with the cam shutting down after 15 minutes.
Contacted support and was pleasantly surprised with their willingness to assist me. They replaced the unit without any reluctance and I have now replaced the camera and am happy to see it’s working perfectly.

No acknowledgement of complaint
When I ordered the dashcam I paid for express shipping, which is noted on the website to be within 1-3 days (note, nowhere does it say business days) so I expected the package would arrive by at least day 4. Day 4 came and went and I had not even received a tracking number, much less the actual product. I went through their "Contact Us" section and advised that it was pat the 3 day mark and no product had arrived. I received no response. By day 6, I lodged a complaint and requested that they refund my express shipping. By day 7 I had a tracking number, and the product has since been delivered. However, there has been no acknowledgement of either of my contact attempts, or of my refund request. I would say I'm disappointed in the customer service, but there has to have been some customer service to be disappointed in it.
Money Grab Service
Delayed shipping. Emailed them and was told they were awaiting new stock to come in. Finally got my products many weeks later. The postage box was opened and resealed with yellow duct tape. The plastic wrap around the product was cut out in the back. The camera itself was damaged. Appeared to have been pried open with a screwdriver. Countless attempts to go through customer support with no answer. I genuinely suspect I receceived a priory returned product that was resealed and sent to me or that it was used to put drugs in to smuggle. Regardless, don't give these guys your money. They're scammers.
Stay away
Like all the others I had a similar experience.
Poor communication and customer service, lied about the refund and because I've been too pushy now they do not reply any more.
I think all the positive reviews are fake, and they've paid for comparative studies on the different websites

Poor communication, said they would refund a unit that keep saying start recording stop recording repeatedly. Went ghost and I just can’t be bothered, I’ll throw it in the bin and move on.

Poor communication, product not in stock, possible scam. Positive reviews seem to be from staff and they don’t respond to request for refund. Responded to their email immediately so they definitely received it. Stay away!

Terrible service.
Online order placed. 11 days later. Order still not processed, no date when it will be shipped and they charge for express shipping.

Just go buy a blackvue or thinkware. Ordered end of November, had no communication from them until I emailed them, was told there’s a delay. Camera didn’t come until end of January. Got it installed by auto sparky (mid February), it worked for about 2 days, then it would continuously start/stop recording like every 5minutes and stay off for 5 minutes sometimes entire journeys. Done the usual reset and reformat the 64gb supplied SD card, reached out for support, initially told to buy the 128gb card. Pushed back on this, after a bit of back and forth they sent out a new front camera in March.Plugged in and fine for a day then the same issue (start/stop recording), reached out again, even offered to go to the supplier for support. Crickets about that, offered me a refund or to send out a 128gb SD card. Said I would prefer a refund. Now to get a refund I’ve got to get the camera disconnected ($250) after paying $300 to get it installed and send it back. I’m out of pocket $600 and $850 if I want refund. Don’t waste your money. They maybe Brisbane based there is no support at all. I’ve also got to make a video of the issue. Just let people come to your shop front instead. DO NOT BUY this setup.
