Fake products, slow shipping. I ordered on July 9th it took until the 26th from “Brooklyn NY” to get to me. I tried emailing them over 2 products was open and spilled inside the plastic wrap, no response
Got scammed on TikTok Shop first, then found drmelaxinbeauty.com. Do NOT buy from TikTok Shop. Got a fake, did a chargeback, found the real site. The calcium formula actually absorbs properly unlike the fake. Fine lines around my eyes are softer after 5 weeks. Already reordered.

I placed an order middle of January. Still not received it and likely will get fake products.
I have a PayPal dispute open as they are cloning the official website and from previous reviews, selling counterfeit goods.
They previously operated under drmelaxinco(dotcom - trust pilot don’t allow URLs) but I believe have since changed the URL due to reviews on here.
They also operate under drmelaxinclinical(dotcom) drmelaxinofficial(dotcom). Both of these URLS are currently not working and say server not found. This happens when I click the header on my emails.
The current URL working is drmelaxinbeauty(dotcom) which they have since changed the design from black and white (like the real website) to white and blue.
They sent me a dispatch email on Monday and the link also says server not found when trying to track the ?imaginary ?counterfeit goods
I wish I had researched sooner! I’m wondering if they will weave out of this somehow with PayPal!
