Superb business to deal with.
Superb business to deal with. The product I purchased was two VIFLY Strobes. These products are out of this world and seriously try not to look at the led while it's illuminated, you'll see dots for ages. Night time is great with the three coloured options and using red and green is great at night. I've used them during the day but the white is perfect and I could probably have gone a distance more than the legal limit. Highly recommend these units to any drone enthusiast.

Amazing Customer Service
I had bought an item from Drone Authority that was faulty that seems to have a design fault from the manufacturer. Not knowing this at the time, the first item popped and Drone Authority were happy to replace it only asking for information to pass on to the manufacturer. The issue happened again with the replacement unit a few months after and again Drone Authority were happy to refund me as we thought the issue happening twice probably wasn't worth another replacement.
I feel like I've been a bit of a pain having the same issue twice but I feel very looked after.
Thanks so much. I'll definitely be shopping here again in future.

Hi Chris. I can't comment on this specific instance as we don't seem to have any support cards relating to orders from you, but please understand that we dispatch, 100% of the time, on time. We're quite proud of our dispatch track record and we always go the extra mile to ensure every parcel makes it 'over the line' at the end of the day ready for collection by the courier. Any delays after this with the delivery provider are unfortunately out of our control. All couriers including Royal Mail and DPD are currently experiencing an overwhelming volume of parcels and are struggling to meet demand across the country. For this reason, we decided to close the business a week before Christmas and we added a large notice to the website to stipulate that no parcels are being dispatched until the new year. I can't tell from this review which order this relates to, but if your order was placed after the notice was added to the top of the site, your package will not have been sent yet. All packages are due for collection on the 3rd Jan when we return. In regards to refunds for delayed parcels - we only offer this on Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the only service that is guaranteed. If you'd like to speak further, please reach out to our customer support who will be happy to help.
