I usually only post negative reviews , but it's hard to be negative about drone authority. I have ordered twice from drone authority and both times I have recieved an excellent service with goods arriving when drone authority say they will, right down to a 1 hour window. The items were better than the online description and you even get a free pack of haribo with your order. Don't mistake this site with droneplay a "Chinese company".

Efficient and Sweet, Tasty & Comical
My experience was overall good, Found what I was looking for which was shrink tubing for broken phone charger cable.
Along with that, I did receive a little sweet packet of "Haribo" in the same package too lol to which I didn't order.
Was that a weight balancing trick used for post office or you know customers have sweet tooths? lol 😉😂😁🤍❤🤭🥰Anyways Thank you for both items, The pleasant surprise **(Wink)** and the Shrink Tube. The humor was great.

Ordered new drone bag and some other items at lunchtime on Friday paid for Royal Mail 24 delivery and it turned up 8:30am Saturday ready for a weekend of flying thanks very much drone authority

Excellent company, useless DPD
Must admit was really upset by the DPD which is taking money for delivery then not doing it as promised. Paid next day delivery and not received my items. Drone Authority did whatever they should perfect and as promised so big 5 stars for them and 0 stars for DPD
