My experience
I contacted the Drone Doctor on a Thursday asked if they had the drone I wanted in stock. I was told they did, but it would take a few days to ship. I then expressed my concern about potential damages during shipping based on past experiences and was told that they would package it appropriately, ship it next day delivery and that I should have it by Wednesday. I went ahead and ordered it online and the receipt said express shipping like promised. I called up the next Monday to get a status on shipping since I was sure I would need to be home to sign for it. The person I spoke with acted really weird and told me I needed to talk to the owner. The owner said they did not have them in stock, but it should ship sometime that week and he seemed annoyed at my request for an update. I received a shipping notice Wednesday evening, but to my dismay, it was shipped ground!! That is not a safe way to ship such an expense and fragile item. It took several days to get delivered, and the package was very badly smashed on all sides. I opened the package and the product box was badly smashed on all sides as well. I called them back and reported the condition. They were surprised that it shipped ground, that there was no label stating that it was fragile, and that the packaging was unable to protect the product. Nevertheless, I was told to just open it and use it and that it would be fine. The packaging inside the product box also showed that it had been treated very rough. The drone acted very weird for the first several flights and their response was send us a video and prove it! So long story short, they were dishonest about having the drone in stock. They didn't ship it next day delivery as promised (and it was on the receipt)! They packaged it very poorly. And they took no responsibility for any of their mistakes! Don't buy from them.

The only concern raised was a cosmetic dent on the outer shipping box, which occurred during transit and does not affect the drone’s performance or value.
Our team immediately responded and confirmed the item was brand new, factory-sealed, and fully functional — with all DJI serial numbers and activation records confirming authenticity and no prior use. We also provided assistance and follow-up instructions for verification and support.

Very good communication though they weren't forthcoming about fact that the Mavic 4 they sell is an international version and DJI's warranty is void in the U.S. The website stated "fast-shipping" and the drone was in stock but it was a week before it shipped. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect shape.

I purchased a DGI mini 5 Pro fly more combo. Package arrived sealed (no prior activation as some sites do). I have many drones and was disappointed to learn that the new mini 5 would not be available in the US for the foreseeable future. In addition, all DJI drones may be banned in the US by the end of 2025. The service was excellent. The price was good in light of the current tariff situation. They are extremely reliable and communicate well with their customers. I chose them rather than purchasing out of the country due to US customs issues. I initially wanted to purchase off of eBay but there is extreme variability in the reliability of the sellers on that site. If you’re thinking of buying a DJI drone this is the site I highly recommend.

Paid for an order and never got it shipped.
Called and they kept saying it would be shipping soon.
The money was completely drawn from my credit card and eventually had to file a complaint and request the charge be dropped because they never shipped any product but took payment.
Don’t fall for the comments from the “ceo” saying it was fraudulent charge, etc etc.
They take payment, don’t communicate, hold money and ship no products.
Go elsewhere for your service.
