I was in a super pinch to get the new Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo a few weeks ago before a huge international trip for work. I messaged the company on a Sunday morning, Jose the owner got right back to me via the Drone Doctor chat. I told him I'd had trouble getting my hands on one of these machines. He gave me the date that he could ship it and when it would be delivered. 3 days later it was at my door step properly packaged with a personal note signed by himself. Just overall very, very impressed with the service and communication. When times are tough trying to get the right equipment, Drone Doctor came through in a big way. Want to give them a huge thumbs up.
