Good introduction to all the services and products. The staff in the showroom and at my property were helpful and friendly. When George was finished his initial visit he left me helpful information to review at my leisure but also went into detail when responding to my questions during the visit. I was impressed with the ease in securing a quote.

He took the time to explain our options clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend their services. We recently had a great experience with this company. Mel came out to our home to help us design our new door, and she was absolutely brilliant. She made the whole process really easy and enjoyable, she was funny, chatty, and so friendly, which instantly put us at ease.
Mel took the time to talk us through all the options, helped us choose a design that suited our home perfectly, and also sorted out the finance smoothly. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and we felt really confident in our choices thanks to her advice.
