I completed the Door Supervisor Refresher Course with DS Education and had a very good experience. Two days Course from 11 April 2026 to 12 April 2026.
The trainer was very professional, friendly and helpful. They explained everything in a simple way and made sure everyone understood. The venue was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good.
What stood out for me was how respectful and supportive the team was. The course was well organised and good value for money.
I received my results on the same day, which was very helpful, and my certificate came quickly after finishing the course.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend DS Education to others.

My name is Mohsin Ali Saad . I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor refresher course with DS Education and Training, and I had a very positive experience throughout the program. The trainers were knowledgeable, professional, and supportive, making sure that all topics were clearly explained and easy to understand.

The course content was well-structured and up to date with current industry standards. Important areas such as conflict management, physical intervention, and safety procedures were covered in detail, with practical examples that made the learning more effective.

I recently completed the Door Supervisor Course with DS Education,on the 4th of april 2026, and it was a great experience.

The trainer Mr Abdul was professional,patient, knowledgeable, and made the course easy to understand. The venue was clean and well organised, and the course was well structured.

I was especially impressed with receiving my results immediately i finished and submitted my answers and my certificate arriving quickly after. I received it 3 day later this is because of weekend and Monday public holiday.

Overall, excellent value for money. I highly recommend DS Education.

It was amazing

The CCTV COURSE started on the 26th of March when we did the theory part of the course, and 27th of March when we did the practical part and the exams. The course is structured in a way that is interactive, with other learners chipping in and asking questions, sharing experiences in the field. The tutor is quite nice, his teaching is mixed with life experiences, interactions between learners and bit of fun.

I recently completed the SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course with DS Education on the 17th and 18th of March 2026, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience.

The trainer, Abdul Wadood, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made the sessions engaging and easy to follow. He explained everything clearly and ensured everyone fully understood the material.

I’d also like to mention AJ, who was very helpful throughout the course whenever support was needed - I really appreciated his assistance.

A special thanks to the Head of Centre, Abdul Basit, a true gentleman, for his professionalism and support throughout the process.

The venue was excellent - clean, well-organised, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities to support learning. It created a very positive and focused environment throughout the course.

The course itself was well-structured and covered all key topics without feeling rushed.

What stood out most about DS Education was their excellent communication and support from start to finish.

In terms of value for money, the course was definitely worth it considering the quality of training and service provided.

I would highly recommend DS Education to anyone looking to complete or refresh their SIA Door Supervisor qualification.

I recently completed the Door Supervisor course at DS Education, finishing on 21st February 2026, and had a really positive experience. The course was well organised and easy to follow.

I also enjoyed the Emergency First Aid course, which was very informative. My trainer, Abdul, was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everyone understood the training.

The venue was comfortable and a good place to learn. I actually joined because my brother recommended DS Education to me, and I’m really glad I took his advice. The course was definitely worth it.

I recently completed the Door Supervisor course at DS Education from March 2nd to March 7th, and honestly, the training exceeded my expectations. The venue was serene and clean, and the instructor was fantastic, making sure we all understood the material. The customer service was also exceptional. I would definitely recommend DS Education to anyone and would love to take my CCTV training there as well.

Last week I have completed my Door supervisor course from them. Their all team is very cooperative and professional infact their teaching method is so good and they treat every student equally and respectfully.

The venue was clean, organised, and easy to access, which made the training days comfortable. It was also a nice touch that snacks were provided during breaks. I've just completed my Door supervisor course training on the 7th March 2026 At Ds education. I really enjoyed my experience, very good center with good and professional teacher . I really enjoyed leaning all about health and safety, which I can use In My everyday life The venue was easy to get to get and I am glad I booked at ds education very professional and highly recommended.

If i could give 10 stars i would, the staff was amazing. The trainer abdul made it very welcoming and it was in general a very fun and good experience.

I completed the Emergency First Aid at Work & Door Supervisor Refresher course, and it was a very valuable experience. The trainer was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, making the course easy to understand and engaging. The venue was comfortable and well-organised. Refreshments were also provided, including pizza, chocolate, and sweets, which was a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the practical parts of the training which helped build my confidence.

As I reflect on completing my SIA Door Supervisor training, I feel deeply grateful. The experience was nice, very good, and filled with amazing feelings from the supportive group, encouraging peers, and dedicated tutors who made learning engaging. The facility was top-notch one of the best places to learn: modern, clean, and equipped for hands-on drills, simulations, and practical exercises.
The program provided all the best knowledge I need as a door supervisor, covering key areas like private security industry basics, legislation, conflict management, communication, physical intervention, and emergency procedures. Importantly, it included comprehensive first aid training Emergency First Aid at Work, teaching life-saving skills like CPR, bleeding control, and airway management which will help immensely in real situations. The tutors were knowledgeable and passionate, sharing real insights and feedback. The positive camaraderie made it uplifting and motivating.

I just finished my CCTV, First aid and Emergency, and SIA course at DS Education. Training was intense,engaging and still taught in a way that makes learning easy.Fantastic tutors. I had fun while learning. An experience I won’t forget in a hurry.
