Dana was incredible!! She listened to what my partner and I wanted to do in Japan, gave us recommendations and helped us stay within our budget. The process was seamless and so easy. Dana was very responsive over email and whilst in Japan, I had trouble booking the express passes to universal studio tickets, so I emailed Dana and within an hour she had the express passes sent to my email! Her knowledge is expectational and she was so helpful. The best travel agent I've ever come across!! I wouldn't go through anyone else to book my trips again.
