Items were shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Everything went together easily with just a little confusion caused by the labeling of the pieces and the bar stools look beautiful in our kitchen.

I ordered two bar stools. They look nice and very good quality. The delivery was excellent.great service.

We bought two barstools and there was an imperfection on a foot support. We called talked with a gentleman named Freeman. He was very welcoming and understanding. He immediately sent us a new part at no charge. He could not have been better!!!

Arrived quickly and looks just as pictured. Some of the holes were not pre-drilled in the right places but we were able to work through that. You'll definitely want a drill to put this together but great finished product.

The piece is fine, except that the door clasps are not aligned. The doors close at the top, but do not close at the bottom. I put it down to a choice of clasps. Basic magnets would have been a better choice.

Great product. Sturdy and attractive. Easy assembly and customer service phone number was right on the front of the assembly instructions for questions. It was so easy to assemble that we didn’t need to call!

Beautiful counter stools and wood finish was unique and not available elsewhere. Good pricing and quick shipping; I’ll be sure to patronize frequently and refer friends too!

I unfortunately couldn't use an item because of measurements that were a little off. They immediately responded to me and offered a solution. The quality of the item and price were both great too. Despite my unfortunate circumstance, I will be a customer in the future.

Color was not as expected. The gray is more of a greenish gray. The product was sturdy and easy to put together. Wish the color was more of gray.

First, I wouldn’t call assembly “simple”.
Second, description includes “plenty of storage for outdoor supplies”, but there are gaps between all slats/boards so clearly anything in the cabinet will get wet with rain. This is an OUTDOOR sideboard!?!? Please send me a protective cover for this piece if you have one!!!!
Last, all points for the flat head wood screws should be pre-tapped!!!! And the little screwdriver is suboptimal. Every wood screw stripped!!! I will have to remove and replace all!!

The color is much darker than I expected. The color online looks dark brown but the one I received is black?
