Umrah 2025
My family and I travelled for Umrah, got a treat deal. Abdul Hadi sorted everything for us before the travel. This staff member kept in touch with us throughout the entire travel checking on us everyday. The downside was the process on the other side with the company who were doing cab journeys and Umrah guide. This did not go according to plan. The hotels were great, amazing locations very close by and again Abdul Hadi made sure we were OK even after we returned he checked on us and wanted feedback for improvement.

Thank you Dua travels - a special thank you to Brother Ibrahim
Thank you Dua travels - a special thank you to Brother Ibrahim
I cannot thank Brother Ibrahim enough for his exceptional service in helping me book my Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and understanding, as this was our first time performing Umrah, and we had many questions and concerns. Since we were unable to travel with a group due to our holiday dates, Brother Ibrahim reassured us that he would guide us every step of the way—and he truly did.
He never pressured us into making a booking and took the time to answer every question with honesty and clarity. Given the number of scams online, I initially had concerns about whether the company was genuine, but he consistently reassured me, providing previous customer reviews and as much information as possible to put my mind at ease.
Brother Ibrahim allowed us to select our preferred hotels and flights, took care of the Ziyarats, transfers, and visas seamlessly, and ensured that everything was arranged without any issues. Even while we were in Saudi Arabia, he remained available to answer any questions we had, offering continuous support throughout our journey.
I highly recommend brother Ibrahim to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated travel agent. His professionalism and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.
I would highly recommend Dua Travels as a company and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for their customers made our Umrah experience stress-free and memorable.
