This was the only toy store i could locate a much loved toy. I ordered on line and was fast to arrive. Carefully wrapped with a hand written appreciation note of thanks for my custom on the invoice which i thought was lovely. Lovely shop to deal with and clearly appreciate their customers. I will be bk to them again for lots more bits.

Another fabulous order
Another fabulous order! One of the items I wanted was out of stock so Audrey contacted me to let me know. Using her amazing knowledge and insight, she made, not one, but two, alternative recommendations based on what I told her I was looking for. I received my order very quickly. Delighted with everything I ordered, including Audrey’s recommendation which was actually a better fit than my own original choice. We will definitely be back for more!

I ordered a little uniform for my son with a hat and it was posted out so quick!
Received the wrong cap by accident( they look the exact same bar the tiny badge,so easy to mix up).
Rang the shop the next day...dealt with so professionally and sorted it immediately.
The correct one was hand delivered by Audrey and she collected the wrong one.
Excellent service.
Love visiting the shop at Christmas too! The family care about toys and the type of toys children receive!
