Bought electric jeep at a significant cost.it stopped working within a few weeks. Contacted customer service,they looked for photos/videos which i supplied and got no answer back. Emailed a few more times and sent further enquiries through their website which have all gone ignored. Very disappointed with them as it was quite expensive but moreso a very much loved gift to a little boy who is now devastated that it no longer works. Would not purchase from this website again. Could have at least replied to one of my many follow up emails.

I ordered an electric ride-on train from the company and we are very impressed with it- the train has an engine and two carriages and can carry up to 4 children or, in my grandson’s case, a child and his mother. The train is easy to assemble and operate - my grandson is 3 years old and although he couldn’t actually assemble it himself he has no trouble driving it. The train has a very realistic sound on start up (a chuffing noise and a whistle) and I think any child would delight in it. I needed advice from the company on a small matter and found them incredibly helpful and most importantly accessible, my problem was resolved almost immediately. In addition the train was very well priced and much better value than products seen on other companies’ web sites. I would thoroughly recommend Kidstoys.ie.

The Children's electric cars that we ordered arrived in perfect condition and the tracking was accurate. Very easy to order and we will definitely be buying from kidstoy.ie again.. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a gift for your child

I ordered a Spiderman quad of this site i used Klarna which was very handy , however when i seen the tracking was coming from netherlands's and also seemed off.. i was worried and tried to find a review, which i could only find one on facebook which had me even more worried as it was saying it was a scam. however i don't think the person who wrote the facebook post even ordered in the end . luckily for me the customer service was great and the parcel arrived earlier than expected and great value for money. Id highly recommend very happy birthday boy and happy mum too
